Thanks matou. Below is a link that shows the daily data for the full month of December 2012. Note that there was no snowfall until later in the month, with no snow on the ground until the 27th (not the 29th as I had misread from a graph). This is the data used for Toronto and Mississauga and is usually representative of the GTA.

It was an anomalous year, at least in my neighbourhood, that was part of my point. All of the trees look like evergreens at the resolution I can see anyway. Makes sense especially at a rural cemetery where minimal maintenance is part of the design. My father is buried in a cemetery with all evergreens.

AD has already suggested that the red thing was a bandana, in an earlier post.

It was actually the year before that was unusually warm as someone else has already pointed out. Of course evergreens are green in winter, that's why they are called evergreens. The picture has trees that do not look like evergreens, but I am past caring what they are and if you have any suggestions about what is in the rest of the picture, such as the red thing that Juballee has mentioned I would be interested in that. Sorry to hear of the loss of your father.

There was snow on the ground, as I said, it didnt stay but it did fall. I have photos of that day so I know I am correct. Shame we can go back in time and instead have to rely on weather data that is rarely accurate with forecasts, so no wonder it is inaccurate with whether it snowed or not. It snowed, I saw it and have pictures, I really don't care about data as much as some do.

And finally, one last piece of information about how [MWJ] is connected to [DM]. Friends of [MWJ] and [MS] tell me that [MWJ] often hung at [MS]’s place. They were on good enough terms that [MWJ] would even comment on one of [MS]’s ******’s Instagram accounts and interacted on Facebook with [MS]’s BFF, [CD]. [MWJ] also knew [DM], who hung out Chez [MS] from time to time as well. So, that’s the connection.

I'm not seeing that FG ... the earlier/first WM and DM threads are locked because we have new ones. I know I was having trouble earlier where the pages wouldn't load, but think it was a general WS problem, not specific to the Bosma forum or threads.

Unfortunately for Ward-Jackson, despite the discharge from Justice Di Zio, he’s still in the new and newly notorious Toronto South super jail due to another set of charges he faces, allegedly selling guns to Dellen Millard.

There was a prelim for those charges at Old City Hall last month. It was very interesting but remains covered by a publication ban for now. The only thing I’m prepared to tell you is that one of the prosecutors, Jill Cameron, wore red-soled shoes on the first day. Coincidence?

The Crown maintained Iish was also living in that house but Justice Di Zio felt there was not enough evidence to merit even going to trial. When a case is discharged after a preliminary hearing, it means the judge believes there is no reasonable chance of a conviction at trial.

Personally, after sitting through parts of that prelim, I have a whole lot of questions about this ruling. And apparently so does the Crown.

The guns v guns may be a typo. If not then it opens the door to who may have been used in a certain situation. IMO

The Crown’s move to appeal came on September 9, almost one month to the day after Justice Di Zio’s shocking ruling on August 10 (Note to Ed: Yes, shocking is the word), where he threw out all the charges against Matthew Ward-Jackson aka Big Iisho aka Krucifix14.

Those charges were: Possess Prohibited Firearm with Readily Accessible Ammunition, Possess Firearm Without a License and Registration, Possess Firearm Knowing that He Did Not Have a License or Registration, three counts of Possess Prohibited Device, Possess Prohibited Weapon in Breach of Prohibition Order, four counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance, Possess Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, and Possess Proceeds of Crime.
