Circumstances of Disappearance
Alexander may be in the company of his mother. Alexander is multiracial. He is Black, White, and Asian. Alexander and his mother were last seen in Henrico County, Virginia.

Gonna guess I can't link but there's a fundraiser on that one website by the dad (Charlie Burgarski)
In summary (Charlie's account is a bit difficult to follow);
Charlie claims the mum has issues, and he was granted emergency custody in 2013 but never actually got him bc the mum jumped town. In 2016, the mum was arrested and they found Alex. There was some red tape after that and Alex wasn't put in Charlie's custody until 2019 and he's home now either way.
