Kwame Kilpatrick could find out today where he'll spend time in prison

Detroit Former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick could learn Tuesday where he will spend the next 28 years in prison and get hit with a $4.6 million bill stemming from the City Hall corruption conviction.
U.S. District Judge Nancy Edmunds will decide restitution during a 1:30 p.m. hearing and could recommend that Kilpatrick be sent to a federal prison in Texas as requested by the former mayor, whose wife, three children and extended family live in the Longhorn state. Kilpatrick, who is being temporarily housed at a federal prison in Milan, is not expected to attend the hearing...
