I tried to do some digging around to see what I could find. I stumbled upon a FB page that could possibly be hers, it does say Romeo and this is a very small town, I doubt we have 2 Jessica Howes. Anyway the fb page has one post and its a picture of a sonogram. I wonder how far along she was and who the baby daddy was.
I dont understand why the local media hasn't picked up this story and why more people aren't trying to spread the word. I haven't seen one Missing poster in town with this young ladies face on it.
Where could she be?
People dont just vanish into thin air.
Also the hotel that she went missing from is a very rundown seedy looking motel. I will try and attach a picture of it to this post.

Enter her last name and first name.
Click search.

Two cases will come up. A mentally ill petition that was dismissed and a Partial Guardian for a Developmentally Disabled Individual that is Undisposed.

From reading the docket it seems that ARC Services of Macomb retained guardianship on 11/20/2018. But there is a later order but in cases like this there isn't a way to know what the order was.

At any rate, it is worth the read to get some rabbit holes to go down.

Given this information, I am very surprised that there is no media coverage of this.

Good work, Jethro. Rabbit holes for sure. I get the sense that Jessica was asserting her independence and possibly needed protection, especially if the ultrasound photo means what I think it means. Perhaps it’s known that she’s relatively safe with someone, but the NamUs profile was created in case she isn’t.

I would suggest finding her sister. Then her mother. Let's just say this is a mess in more ways than one.

It is a mess. I can’t help wondering if the family has either not pursued or has squashed media coverage for some reason.
