Cipriano pleads no contest in brutal death of father

Pontiac — Tucker Cipriano has pleaded no contest to charges that he killed his father and gravely injured his mother and brother in a brutal baseball attack at his family’s Farmington Hills home last year.

The plea came Monday afternoon before Oakland Circuit Judge Shalina Kumar.

Cipriano faces life imprisonment. Cipriano, 20, and Mitchell Young, 21 were charged with first-degree premeditated murder and assault with intent to murder in the April 16, 2012, beating death of Cipriano’s father Robert, 52, and the severe beatings of his mother, Rose, 51 and brother Salvatore, 17...

clickondetroit dot com. Judge has ordered camera's off for a few, no word on why they will "turn them back on shortly".
