Damn. I don't get many of those. lol I would just like to see more accountability all the way around. I'm Catholic and nothing was more frustrating than the way the Church protected priests who went bad. The citizens, the peaceful ones, have got to stop protecting the thugs too. Report the crimes. If you saw who threw the molatov cocktail, tell police. If you know a doctor gave improper care, don't be afraid to say so. If a lawyer hid evidence, report him. If a cop was speeding, write him a ticket.

This is nothing "new"
Matter of fact, he and others detailed why Brown laid in the street so long, expressed sadness for the loss of life, reached out and was rebuffed by Browns parents.
It's all in a Slt news article with a timeline.

Not only was he able to express sympathy as you said without indicating who was at fault for MB's death, he was also able to express sympathy for the body being there for so long without saying it was wrongfully there for so long. He was able to express sympathy for the protesters without saying the violence was acceptable. I didn't listen, I read it, but I thought it was well said.

Was scripted
Not in person
Didn't apologize for releasing Michael's robbery information
Too little
Too late
Insensitive
Blaming a grieving community
Just said cuz he's gonna lose his job then write a book

Haven't seen a single one of the lead protestors/agitators that accepts or appreciates it.

It really wasn't meant for the lead protesters/agitators. It was meant for the fence sitters and the community at large. They are continuing to build those bridges with the community at large. I don't think he really cares about the lead instigators/agitators. He wants/needs the support of the others though that you never see on camera.

I think they've moved beyond a fed investigation of MB's death to now calling for a fed investigation of "racial violence by police" in general. There are much better spokespeeps out there for that imo.

My response was in response only to the portion of Klood's comment that LE probably has picked up their surveillance efforts.

As to who they are afraid of, I don't know.

Yes, and he's in a ton of photos right next to Lesley and dad. And their attorney Gray is his long time associate. IMO, he's their closest confidante and got this narrative and action going.
