I've thought about it a lot, but that photo was taken right behind the hospital looking towards downtown...It looks to me like a nice spring day and he is really just talking about "beauty" or quoting song lyrics which he did a few times. The area is a poor choice for body disposal. The same goes for Brush creek, where the other photo was taken. Even though you can find plenty of road access and creepy underpasses, there are cameras everywhere, lights and likely foot traffic. If this area is sentimental to him regarding Kara (or Jessica) my guess would be because it is a placed he liked to go to walk and hang out.
I feel like that area is too public for him or not convenient enough, especially with the Blue River and greenway between anywhere he would have been and there. His FB was locked down for a period of time so we can assume LE took a good look at it.

The most fascinating thing about his Facebook, IMO, is the fact that JM is his purported longtime friend, yet he never liked, commented or shared anything with Kylr. You'd think there would be some interaction, especially when your buddy just got out of prison and has a new FB and new start. But Kylr only ever tags and interacts with Jessica.

I'd like to know when Jessica got her moon tattoo and where.

That's not true, there are a few comments on each other's pages from both of them. Not many but a few. Very innocent stuff.

Jessica had a boyfriend so she was either truly not that interested in Kylr OR she was getting closer to him and didn't want BF to know so they didn't overdo the comments and likes. JMO

EDIT: dangit I misread your post....you are talking about JM not Jessica. I am sorry!! ITA with you......I find it odd that there isn't anything between those two, also. Sorry again. I hope a mod can delete my post as I don't know how [emoji31]

I feel like this was maybe a little bit of a "if I can't have her, no one can" situation. I feel there's a lot of psychology behind it, going into his childhood and how he was raised. Maybe a little reactive attachment disorder, some sociopathy or antisocial personality mixed in as well. I feel like he latched onto her from the start, formed an obsessive attachment, and couldn't handle it when his advances were declined. We may never know what actually happened, but I do think he gets very attached and cannot handle rejection. Kara's case seems to be the same situation of rejection and possession on his part. He had to have her, and since he couldn't, he made sure no one else could either.
I have to agree, he is a psychopath. I can see Ted Bundy in his smile. He is trashier and less sophisticated than Ted but it's there. I never considered RAD, but with the kind of child abuse he endured, seperarations from parents and getting bounced around I could see the possibility being promising. He really gets off on hurting the families and that bothers me the most.

I've answered my own question about the tattoo - now that Jessica's FB profile is visible again beyond her one photo of Loose Park fountain, you can see a pic of her from May 2016 where the tattoo has not been filled in yet, and photos in February where she doesn't have it.

I wonder how much of Belton and the Longview area has been covered?

My first thought was also that it was likely song lyrics. I googled the phrase in quotes and without quotes, and there didn't seem to be any match out there. This piqued my interest, as many obvious search areas have already been exhausted.

Does anyone closer to the investigation know if police every followed up on the cryptic FB cover photo KY uploaded that says "it's easy to find if you open your eyes"? I realize everyone noticed that creepy tidbit a long time ago but i wonder if it's worth searching the park/landing where he took the pic?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think any place that he values or finds some importance in would be worth searching. It's possible that location has nothing to do with Jessica or Kara, but the message does read like a taunt given that we're talking about someone who I believe has the potential to be a serial killer. Could just be we read it that way given what we know about him. I think that maybe the girls are somewhere that holds significance for him, though, since they weren't just random people to him. Given that, I doubt we will know much about where police have searched unless the media happens to scoop it since the case is sealed. It would be too easy if someone helped him and knows where she is to move her if they knew where search teams had been looking. I have a feeling that even if Jessica or Kara are found, we will know very, very little until the completion of a trial.

I see Bundy in his smile, too. It's definitely there, and I'm sure that he has his own way of charming people and pulling the wool over their eyes. If you didn't know who he was or his past, it might be easy to get past that sociopathic stare. There's even a picture of him where he looks like Bundy. I had to do a double take. In fact, it seems difficult to find two pictures where he looks the same as the last one.

I've been wondering about this case too. I've never seen any updates on it and can't find anything new in searching. The only article I've found with different info is this one, and all that's really different is that it says that body was so badly burned that the medical examiner will have to determine who the victim is: http://www.kmbc.com/article/body-found-in-burned-car-in-southeast-kansas-city/8800584

I'm local and also haven't seen any update to this case. It doesn't even appear to be indexed in the KC Star's ongoing 2017 homicide list. https://www.google.com/amp/s/kansascity.relaymedia.com/amp/news/local/crime/article125902449.html

I'm local as well and I had been looking, but seems there's nothing to find on this case yet. I was reading that often in cases where a victim is very badly burned, the medical examiner will have to resort to using dental records. If those aren't available, they will resort to dna testing, which can take weeks or even months for results. It's likely we won't see anything on this case for a while.

I've read a couple of different articles on the impact of rewards on cases. Sometimes they work to generate more tips and solve a case. A lot of times though, people don't want the stigma that comes from turning someone in. If someone finds out who they are, they're lives have the potential to become very miserable. I think that this case involves one or maybe two other people. I think that there are friendships and loyalties involved that these people are not willing to fracture for the price of the reward. One article said that even in cases that offer upwards of $150,000, people are hesitant to come forward. I'm assuming in this case, there are some fierce loyalities that would need to be severed for anyone to come forward with what they know. And even then they may not do anything. Just because they give information doesn't mean that Kylr goes away forever. If he were charged with a crime of passion/anger (voluntary manslaughter), Missouri law states he could serve as little as 5 to 15 years with a $5,000 fine.

I think at this point in Jessica's case law enforcement's best bet may be to charge Kylr with kidnapping, a class A felony that carries a sentence of up to 30 years in Missouri. A similar case happened in Texas and the woman, Christina Morris, has never been found yet the man believed to have killed her is now serving a life sentence for aggravated kidnapping. At least with a longer sentencing period, law enforcement would have more time to attempt to find Jessica or Kara and put together a murder case. And Kylr wouldn't be out as soon as the potential sentence for burning the car was up, running amok and inflicting pain and heartache on more women and their families. http://www.dallasnews.com/news/crim...dnapping-christina-morris-planos-shops-legacy http://www.dallasnews.com/news/crim...rris-family-discusses-kidnapping-dateline-nbc

I completely agree. I was just thinking about this last night after watching the Christina Morris episode of Dateline.

I think you are absolutely right. I think the chances of finding either Jessica or Kara are slim. I don't think Kylr will ever disclose their locations. So sad for the families.

I've been looking at KY tattoo's. The "Lupo Mob" one caught my attention so I started digging a bit on that. It seems front and center on his body and he doesn't have anything built in and around it.

The Murello-Lupo mob was big in the Italian mafia days. They had the Murder stable where they were rumoured to have killed 60 people.

Maybe someone/thing he idolized and mimicked? Then again, maybe it's just a tattoo.

Also his Facebook name, not the Create Fate one what it was originally listed as. Kolour.couwned

Kolourco is a knife company. http://kolourco.com

Uwned...not sure. Urban dictionary says it means ultimate owned.

Really hope these young women are found. I don't think he'll tell unless it can be baited out of him.

http://www.kmbc.com/article/mushroom-hunter-finds-human-remains-near-belton/9226556 Wonder if this is Kara or Jessica. I hope not, but answers would be nice. Sent from my Z981 using Tapatalk
I just saw this on the news here in KC and it immediately gave me a sick feeling. This area where the bones were found is only about fifteen or twenty minutes away from Belton High School. What a horrible thing to have to wait on an id of a body to see if it's your loved one or not.
