  • Distinguishing Characteristics - Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Voyles's nickname is Randy. He may use the alias names Richard A. Melton and/or Randy D. Voyles. He had a mustache at the time of his disappearance, and has previously broken his nose and broken the same ankle twice. Voyles has a tattoo of a snake on his left shoulder/arm and a tattoo of the phrase "Rock & Roll" on his right shoulder. *Note that there is some discrepancy on the location of these tattoos. He is missing all his teeth. His family said he was known to carry a lot of keys.
Details of Disappearance
Voyles was last seen in the 7600 block of Sni-a-Bar Road in Kansas City, Missouri in November of 2010***. He was homeless at the time, but maintained regular contact with his family. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

***There are discrepancies in his actual missing date. Some reports state the missing date as November 7th, others state November 19th.
KCPD lists his missing date as November 1st only in the year 2007.

Randall was homeless at the time of his disappearance, and both does were also described as being homeless. The doe from Chicago may be somewhat of a stretch; thought matches Randall’s height and eye color. Both Randall and this doe are also described as missing their teeth. The doe from Kansas City I would say is probably a more likely possible match, as Randall also resided in Kansas City. The doe was also found only a short distance from where Randall was last seen, and I also see a strong resemblance in the post-mortem photo.
