Richard Hess

Richard Hess, 25, has been missing since December 5th, 2010 from Barnett, Missouri. Officially, the circumstances seem to remain unclear around his disappearance. The Find Richard Hess Facebook page has some very interesting information on the circumstances around his disappearance. Hess is a white male that is 5' 10', he weighs 155 lbs with short brown hair and brown eyes.

Ahh.. Looks like the facebook page and also the article mentioned in this thread for Richard, are all gone.

Mr. Hess has been missing for 7 years this month.

Richard Dewain Hess – The Charley Project

Hess was last seen in Barnett, Missouri on December 5, 2010. He was visiting a cousin there. Hess's cousin left, and while Hess was alone in the house, there was an explosion and the house caught fire. A witness tried to get in through a window to rescue Hess, but was driven back by the smoke and flames.

Police subsequently searched the site with a cadaver dog, but found no trace of Hess; he has never been heard from again. The circumstances of his case are unclear.

Circumstances of Disappearance​

Richard was last seen in Barnett, Missouri on December 5, 2010 at a cousin's house. The cousin left and while Richard was home alone there was an explosion and the house became engulfed in flames. Richard's dad, who was down the street, hurried to the scene and tried to get in through a window but was stopped by the fire. A cadaver dog searched the home but Richard's remains were not found. Circumstances surrounding his disappearance are unclear.
