Hope everyone is doing well. Just curious to know if anyone has been watching the new documentary series about Morgan Nick. It's called "Still Missing Morgan." It's currently on Hulu. The first episode details the case of Morgan, and the second and third episode shows a conversation between Colleen and Patty, with some additional interviews with Patty. I'm in the middle of watching the third episode, and it's getting a bit deeper into Jacob's case.
They interview retired FBI special agent Chris Boekers (it's been a while, name doesn't sound familiar to me) who has a bit of a different spin on the investigation into Jacob's case, a positive one. What's striking to me at least is they show interview footage of DH from I'm assuming summer of 2015, shortly after they found out that his DNA matched the sample on Jared's sweatshirt. Most of his face is cropped out. Sgt. Pam Jensen and another detective are interviewing him outside.
The segment is short, but I thought I'd make a post to let everyone know about it. The documentary is very well done and worth the watch. From what I can tell, that interview footage of DH hasn't been released elsewhere. I've attached screenshots of pictures investigators took from that day of the inside of DH's house. Again, I don't think these have been released until now. It's all very chilling.
In other news, Patty has a book coming out in the fall about Jacob's case. I'm very much interested in reading it. As far as the documentary goes, I haven't heard anything new about it in a very long time; hope that it comes together.
