Investigators didn't leave the scene until SUNDAY AFTERNOON. The scene WAS secure. So who came back and added stuff to make LE look incompetent?

Thought it was widely known that a SO kept vigil over the CS after the initial investigation until others arrived the next morning, so I'm not sure I understand someone "who came back and added stuff to make LE look incompetent". Are you referring to her cell ph? The earrings? The undergarments? The whiskey bottle? The keys? Wasn't the driver's window rolled down to allow Oxygen into the vehicle? Or the passenger door was open, and she came out that door bc someone else drove her to that location. We spent lots of time discussing the positions of the car's seats whereby the drivers seat appeared to be all of the way back to accommodate a taller driver.
Maybe JC called 911 and that's when the ick sound was heard. Firmly, the DA: "We know what she said." If she didn't make the recorded 911 call, then the utterance never happened after firemen arrived and it's a red flag.

By the time medics arrived at 8:12, including the Volunteer Firemen & salaried Chief, I don't believe she could speak, especially if there was accelerate poured down her throat and I believe that it was. Moreover, there was a gash to her head, possibly surrendering her mostly helpless.

When she was drenched in accelerate, lit on fire, her pain drew her out of a zonked state. It is highly possible, and I think likely, that the perps poured more accelerate on her as her first flames died down. 95-98% of her body burned. At this point, she would have been on the ground where the charred tissues were found. I think she got mud/soil on her feet getting out of the car and that's what saved the soles of her tiny feet from flames.
Those fire hoses are not easy to hold because the force of the water flows so rapidly. However, Cole instructed his men to preserve the evidence as much as possible. Muddy patches would be created in the soil affected by the water from the hoses.
Many things could have become dislodged or slightly relocated during the fire hose dousing water onto, and inside, the fire in the car. Her car was not even smoldering at M&Ms. I take that back. It seems there's a photo where pines leaves were still igniting at the front windshield near the hood.
I don't think motorcycles were used for transportation unless for one or two of the perps' escape. There had to be an enclosed vehicle, car, SUV, truck at some point as was clearly made by rb and his unicycle cartoon. I can see a truck filled with a gang of folks, a motorcycle or two so possibly as many as 7 people on the scene. Only certain ones actually poured and ignited the young lady's beautiful body. Perhaps the others chanted and urged them onward with their evil cruelty. Jessica died a hard death. She was terrorized by terrorists. She most likely knew her attackers.
This is a hate crime. Anyone capable must hold hate, jealously, embarrassment, resentfulness, bitterness, mistrust, vengeful feelings in their heart(s) to commit this crime on Jessica. That hatred simmered as it did not occur overnight or within a few short months. We know it was premeditated. We just aren't sure when the plans began to be developed. Maybe it was planned while she was away at Leah's.
"It was not random." DA
