I still wonder if she’s from within the state. According to this March 2019 media article the state of MS does not require LE to enter missing persons into Namus (reference about halfway down the article).
He was missing from Mississippi — and a database that's the best shot at finding him

I think there might have been some updates to her page, her clothing description is a lot more detailed now:
The shirt she was wearing was an undershirt, orange with a lace trim.
Her pants were light-coloured jogging pants/long underwear.
Plaid flannel shirt was found near the body.
The distinctive necklaces were a leather dreamcatcher necklace and a jade stone gold necklace.
Body was concealed in a blue quilted sleeping bag

It sounds like she was killed in her pyjamas/at home. I bet she was killed by her husband.
