Distinguishing Marks/Features: Healed fractures were noted on right ribs 7, 8, 9. Healed fracture to the hyoid. Partially healed fracture to right rib #6.

Clothing: Black denim pants, gray long sleeved cotton T-shirt with the number "12" printed on the front and back as well as on both sleeves, blue jean jacket, gray jogging suit, blue jean cut-off shorts, a brown leather belt (size small) with woven silver lining with "We shall rise again" on it with 2 Confederate flags as well as "Save our flag boys" printed twice and the name "ED" etched on the back of the silver belt buckle, and Reebok pump tennis-shoes. Leather knife sheath attaches to the belt.
Additional Personal Items: Prescription glasses (left side only).

Circumstances of Discovery:
The victim's skeletal remains were found in a wooded area behind the Truckers Welcome Center on 4825 Jamestown Road in Moss Point.

Dentals: Available. Most of his teeth were missing. Amalgam fillings noted on the occlusal surfaces of teeth #5 & #31. Tooth #31 also has a small amalgam filling on the buccal surface. Unfilled caries noted on teeth #13 and #32. Teeth #4 & #20 showed some alveolar resorption with both teeth not present - unknown if antemortem or postmortem loss.

I think Danny's face is too long. He's got quite a bit of forehead, which I don't see in the UID's recon. That's my amateur opinion though. If you feel strongly enough please submit!

Investigators used the leads to complete their own investigation and confirm that the unknown man was in fact, William P. Leech of Panama City, Florida. He was born in 1948 and would have been 47 at the time of his death.
