In da Middle, the matter has been eating at me a little bit... I went back and watched the MSNBC video and my gut feeling is the cig butts were in DB's possession. LE actually went back out to the house after Lisa called in the tip about the butts. It's not stated definitively, though.

So therefore how would he know if she checked on the baby or not? Gotta admit sometimes guys are clueless especially if they don't have kids of their own. Or checking out the other one who's hubby is kicked out.

Mom likely never moved from the stoop to enter the home during the 90 minutes D was smoking with them.

wow, just finished catching up. i have to say, i've never been so grateful for WS. i can't believe some of that ridiculous, un-sourced unproven trash i was reading on facebook.

i also have to say WTH Megyn Kelly. i cannot trust anything she says anymore. (though this isn't that recent, i've been annoyed by her reporting for a while.) not that i can really trust anything in this case though, to be fair.

New timeline per HLN:

Shane came over around 7:30.
Phone call 8-8:30.
Shane left at 9.
Came back at 10:30 and hung out with SB.

5 COFFEE's and no pee break...are you part camel?

Shane Eagley or Beagly? New neighbor. He was there for about 1 1/2 hours.

From 8:30-9 pm

Comes back at 10:30 and hangs with SB.

Never saw baby Lisa or thought anything was wrong.

He's not drinking but smoking out there with them.

Just wondering, because someone else said he was there UNTIL 8:30, if we know from or to? Not that it matters, except he apparently didn't see them drinking? Or just wasn't drinking with them? Weird that he would come back once Deb was in bed ~ wonder if he was out at his place two doors over the whole time or went inside. Hmmm.. I wish reporters would give us the FULL details :waitasec: Factual ones that is lol

According to S, the new neighbor, he did not see DB and SB drinking, but he could tell they had been. He did not know DB had a baby.

Well, it's been a couple of hours so...OF COURSE there's a new time line:crazy:
should have known there would be. Earlier someone posted he was there from 8:30 until 9:00 and then came back at 10:30 for an hour with SB which gave us the 90 minutes...ohhh myyy!

lol...trust me, some days I walk in my front door and hubby makes sure to get the dog outta my way ~ if I'm busy it isn't a priority hahaha

JB, is married to SB. They live across the street (or is it next door?) to DB & JI. SB was drinking with DB on the stoop that night. JB was sleeping elsewhere but texted his wife love & goodnights from a friend's house. SB & JB were on a trial separation that began THAT day, on the advice of a marriage counselor. He is a communications specialist (or some such?) and air-force. I may be saying too much. I know we are not supposed to sleuth him. but that's who he is. I believe this info all came from him. He was reported in the media to have said that he took a polygraph and was cleared, but this is his story, no confirmation from LE.

Please… if I'm wrong, correct me, I don't want to spread rumors!!

This is me begging you to please think and be careful.

Be careful who you "friend" and who you become involved with on the Internet.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE remember people can seem friendly, normal, funny, and fantastic, when in reality they are horrid, anything but normal, not the least bit funny, and anything but fantastic.

One of the first things you have to watch out for is if people start being chummy to you and then all of a sudden their baby doesn't have food. Being that you are kind and normal you would want to help and so begins your journey into the dark hole.

But money issues are not the only scary things. Dealing with people you don't really know can go wrong in so many other ways.

I'm sorry for being such a downer on people but I have been there and done that. Meaning I too have been taken advantage of when I thought I was truly helping someone in need.

I'm not saying don't be kind. All I am saying is getting to know someone on the Internet can turn bad very quickly so be extremely cautious when you start down this road.

Just be careful.
