So, I'm new to this site and have been lurking but I'm confused... LP asked his security guard with KC if Caylee was put in the dumpster and what...???

LP said the female body guard inside the home who had gotten attached to KC. He questioned her today ( the body guard) and gave the senario and said to tell him to stop or say no when he came to a part that was not true. when he mentioned the dumpster she didn't stop or say no, just started to cry.

faithful, the body guard is apparently under some type of gag order or confidentiality agreement, so LP played a what if scenario with the body guard. She never denied their scenario that KC dropped caylee in a dumpster, but started to cry instead. Hope that helps.

So now we know there is a confession from Casey that she threw Caylee's body into a dumpster. That is evidence. The prosecution will probably subpoena the female BH. A confidentiality agreement, a private agreement, is not going to prevent that testimony from happening. The prosecution may not be able to get to that information if they try an interview, without a subpoena, but they will be able to get it. A private contract cannot prevent the government from performing their prosecution function or prevent the judges from allowing the information to come in and ordering the witness to answer truthfully. Even an act that is a communicative act -- like nodding a head up and down is understood to mean yes. It is treated the same as a verbal response. The female bounty hunter communicated in a verbal act that Casey somehow communicated to her that Casey threw the dead body of Caylee into a dumpster. That's a confession from a perpetrator. The statements of Casey are admissible -- even the nonverbal statements.

Themis I would only add to your "as usual" stellar post, that the private agreement was breached unilaterally by Baez once they bonded Casey out in the first place. LP has said from day one that was a bait and switch when he thought he would have access and once they hit the ground that was off. I am guessing that agreement gives them alot of latitude to discuss plently by everyone.

I'm guessing that KC was moving towards becoming an escort. I doubt she was one already because of her lifestyle. She probably figured that she couldn't hold down any other job/didn't like to actually 'work' and she likes money so why not do something she obviously enjoys. However, she doesn't have the forsight to think about all the old, smelly, overweight men with questionable hygene practices.

Yuck, yuck and triple yuck! I'm thinking that GA & CA were given this info a few days ago and the shame and embarassment might be why they are keeping such a low profile lately.

I still don't think it's that dumpster though unless it's shared by a business that would dispose of smelly food, or something else that would cover up the odor coming from whatever Caylee was wrapped in. I do think though that Casey probably left the car there thinking the dumpster would mask the odor coming from the car, but I'm just not sure what garbage was actually in that dumpster.

Someone said (and I have no idea who) that during her "stake-outs" that she told LE about that she was really watching dumpsters so that she would catch one that would be taken to the landfill within 24 hours.

I guess I'm wondering why LP is so convinced that she used a dumpster. He has not let up about it for at least three weeks now. He even mentioned a recycling dumpster in that area when he was on NG this week.

ETA: I really hope that LE is able to determine which dumpster it is after talking to the lady BH.

Thanks Panthera!! This case is driving me nuts!! LE Charge her already!!!! I swear if I hear another defense attorney on Nancy Grace say there is STILL not enough evidence I am going to SCREAM!!!

You're most welcome! I think there's enough evidence, but I don't fault LE for wanting the most and best evidence they can possibly have before they charge her with Caylee's death. Meanwhile, they can get a conviction on the charges she's already facing.
