Mugshot for an arrest in Indiana. Possession of marijuana, hypodermic needle/syringe, and failure to appear 2020. https://hendricksin.mugshots.zone/hodges-caitlin-ann-mugshot-09-21-2021/ The court record for that arrest may be this one in the state court records Case No. 32D04-2005-F6-000408. There's multiple cases in IN with that name, but most are a different CAH, based on height and address. This one is the missing Caitlin (shows her Crystal lake address if you click on "defendant"). Arrest for theft in 2021. Case No. 32D04-2108-CM-000925 No cases in North Carolina. Illinois is difficult to check, most counties don't have a public portal to search records, only Chicago police in Cook County list arrests with a photo.

  • On Friday, Goldsboro police reported the Crystal Lake PD in Illinois told them Caitlin had been found.
  • Hours later, Goldsboro police said Hodges was still missing.
  • A family member later told Goldsboro police that a sibling of Caitlin's “gave false information to police during the initial contact,” Goldsboro police said.
  • “While we understand that the community is eager to help, we must stress that sharing unverified information can be harmful,” Goldsboro police said.

I was able to find some Illinois court records (Illinois is a tough state to find criminal records in). In McHenry County IL Caitlin had her first DUI at age 16. (DOB and address match the missing woman). Case No. 2011DT000708
There were 11 other traffic violations in the next several years. She pled guilty and got supervision and community service plus a fine.

County Court link for a search by name for all records: Public Case Access - Welcome

NOT related, but interesting - I recognized the name of the attorney her parents secured for her for the DUI. He was well known. He was disbarred for murdering his 5 year old son (after previously having his law license suspended for something related to a divorce case). Can't link it as obviously, he's not a POI (he's serving a 30 year prison senstence), but it caught my attention as it was all over the news about 3 years ago.
