no not always, but how would strangers all over the country know unless he had a look about him or it was mentioned in SM or it was known locally so ppl commented on MSM regarding it.

So was it mentioned on SM or in MSM that his being gay has anything to do with his killing? IMO anyone who speculates that someone has a "gay" look about them should look into their own closets and families and learn there is no such thing.

Having a conversation about his being gay or not is circular and leads nowhere IMO. He still was murdered.

im not the one who speculated. someone else considered the possibility it was a hate crime because she herself lives in rural NC.

also, yes, some gay ppl dress, look or act certain ways. I live near SF. I find nothing at all wrong w the way they dress, look or act. but some do for sure out themselves.

According to WRAL, the suspect was reported missing on October 24, and his whereabouts are unknown.
 
was this guy in any way related to being the friend and two other guys? or did he encounter this guy after?

I tend to think there were no other guys, just him the killer. Hope it all comes out soon.
 
I hope he is found soon and it brings some sense of peace to Abe's family and friends. I tend to think Colette (previous post) is correct and maybe he's the only one involved.

So who killed this guy then? Maybe he was involved w the old classmate?

Oh my word. My first thought was suicide, but I guess multiple gunshot wounds kind of rules that out, huh?

What is going on in this little corner of the state??

421, which he was found on, is the route I always take out of Siler City.
 
My theories are that this was either unrelated gang violence (unlikely because that would be an awfully big coincidence given the timing), the efforts of an unknown accomplice who wanted to silence him, or retribution by Abe's friends (not gang-related, I do not believe the victim was involved in anything like that). I vacillate between accomplice and retribution, either one fits but too little information has been released to support any theory at this point.
 
FWIW, the family's Justice for Esau Abraham Brenes facebook page indicates that they are devastated that more violence has happened, and that they do NOT consider this to be justice served

I know, right? So young. Sad....3 lives wasted. Abe, the 1st wanted guy that was found dead and this kid that was arrested.
I am confused and hopefully the truth will all come out eventually. I am wondering if the 1st "wanted" guy (that was found shot to death) and this kid were the two people that were with the friend Abe gave a ride to? Or completely unrelated?
