A woman told KREM 2 News she believes James Henrikson, whom some sources have implicated in the murder of Douglas Carlile, is also suspect in the disappearance of another one of Henriksons business associates.
Sources close to Kristopher K.C. Clarke, 29, said they fear Clarke was murdered.
Police learned from a former employee that Henrikson may have employed two friends with criminal histories in Spokane to beat people up and intimidate rival businesses and investors.
Henrikson also is a suspect in the 2012 disappearance of Kristopher KC Clarke, who had worked as an operations manager for one of Henriksons companies, according to court records.
James Henrikson is charged with murder for hire in the deaths of Doug Carlile and Kristopher "K.C." Clarke. Henrikson's also charged with eight counts of conspiracy to commit murder for hire and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin...
Five other people are also charged.
Henrikson told a detective that he was angry with Carlile because he owed him $1.88 million for his investment in an oil venture, but he denied threatening or killing Carlile, court documents show.
The other murder-for-hire charge alleges that Henrikson hired Suckow to kill 29-year-old Kristopher “K.C.” Clarke, a former operations manager for Henrikson’s trucking firm who was last seen Feb. 22, 2012. Clarke allegedly told a roommate that if something should happen to him, Henrikson would be responsible.
Special findings of the grand jury allege that Henrikson “intentionally did cause another to kill Kristopher Clarke and Douglas Carlile,” and that Suckow intentionally killed Carlile.
