About $25 for rot gut, I believe. I'm assuming, of course, that a homeless guy isn't interested in buying a gallon of Crown Royal (which I don't even think they make, now that I think about it).

I see Makers Mark listed online @ $53.95 / half-gallon, so yes, decent whiskey would be over a big bill for a gallon; but few distillers seem to sell it by the gallon bottle anymore.

I wanted to thank you for posting that article (more than hitting the "thanks" button). It's a difficult read, but it also shows the power of diligent police work. Good job by the LE on that case!

I too was clueless about "infant *advertiser censored*" until a kiddie-*advertiser censored* ring case (international in scope) broke in my "back yard"...and I live in a small town in the Midwest.

I literally had nooooo idea. Like all rape, it really has nothing to do with sex. More about power, violence and control. Making the vicitms cry is apparently a goal. The fact that the victims are pre-verbal is considered a "plus" (i.e. they can't give a statement to LE or tell their parents).

I hope to the depth of my soul that the above is NOT the scenario in the Lisa Irwin case.

I do have to ask this question though. Why would a homeless man, handyman, whatever we want to call him want with this baby. I just cant see that being the case. I think they should go ahead and look into it of course but I find it hard to believe he would have anything to do with it and I do hope he comes forward if that is the case. I know I said this before, but statistically men do not kidnap babies, and if, lets see if he was a pedophile, he would have went after one of the boys, because once again statistically pedophiles are attracted to little boys more than girls and usually around the age of her other boys. This doesnt add up for me unless once again we go back to the theory that the mother had something to do with this and she was working along with this guy. I can buy the theory from above that she might have been with him and he disposed of Lisa's body for the mom and then high tailed it out of there. Otherwise, he should come forward.

That Garrido guy liked little girls so it's possible this guy had the same sickness -- or for babies. Or he knew where he could sell her. I hope this did not happen, though.
