NeJame, TES Join Search for Haleigh

Thank you to the angels for watching over Haleigh, now shine a light so we can bring this little girl home. The only thing better than this would be seeing Haleigh surrounded by those that love her and at home!! This is much needed news.

Bravo! Great news!! I am glad to see both of them heading to Satsuma for Haleigh. Took me awhile to come around with Mark N., but he turned out to be an upstanding guy. To hear that TES is going to return is music to my ears!!

Since Ron has applied for a public defender, I don't think you get to pick which one you want. Especially if they are from another county.

I'm just glad to see experienced searchers who have dealt with missing children cases coming back to search for Haleigh. I hope LE co-operates fully with them in this endeavor. HALEIGH needs ALL the help she can get.

So far there is no word about who Nejame is going to be representing right now, other than Tim Miller.

One can be assigned a public defender, but at any time, replace them with a private attorney if they are able to arrange to do so. Mark Nejame is a prominent attorney in criminal defense---not a public defender in any county, so obviously that is a moot point.

I think that unless Tim and Mark were on the same page with Ronald and believed in him...they would not be there in this capacity, imo. It tells me a lot they are willing to go and work with Ronald and the Cummings family.

But you know...it really is NOT about that!! It is about finding Haleigh!! So why are we going there?! Can't we all just be happy and delighted that TES and Mark are going to be searching for her in order to move this case forward to find her?!

I can say that unless Tim and Mark were on the same page with Ronald and believed in him...they would not be there in this capacity, imo. It tells me a lot they are willing to go and work with Ronald and the Cummings family.

What is most important is that they are willing to do this to find Haleigh!

I hope Ron and Misty co-operate too. Along with Teresa, GGS, Marie, Crystal, Chad and anyone else who may have information concerning Haleigh.

I don't think Najame is there to represent anyone in the Cummings family (except Haleigh). IMO he is the lawyer for TES and will be there to protect the organization's interests.

After Nejames washed his hands of George and Cindy, he started representing Tim Miller/TES and does so in Casey's case. I believe he donates his time for his service but could be wrong.

I haven't either RJA (nice to see you btw), but after the brouhaha with the Anthony's I can COMPLETELY understand why he would feel the need to have Nejame around.

IMOO it has nothing to do with Tim being "on the same page" as Ronald - his "capacity" is to find the missing and in this case, HaLeigh. Your reading far more into it IMO - It is what it is - everything doesn't always have underlying messages or meanings . . . JMOOC

The "family of Haleigh Cummings" asked, I think that statement is also pretty clear. NOWHERE that I saw did any link quote Nejame as saying specifically Ron asked, I believe if that had been the case, then that is how it would have been stated. Please see Patty G's quotes and links as shown in her post. imoo
