Moved, scattered, yes. However, it doesn't point to: "so LE killed TH or somehow found her body and then burned her and scattered her bits." And yet, that theory has been suggested more than a few times.

In fact, if you are some other killer why would you need to scatter bones around? Why would you care? And how exactly did you manage to get steel belts from burned tires entwined in TH's bones? Who would have informed you that SA was burning steel belted tires that very night that TH disappeared?

There is nothing that suggests the main burn area is somewhere else. That's a theory but there's no evidence. Where was the fire held when TH disappeared? Why disregard that?

SA was with TH around the time of her disappearance, that's a fact that cannot be disputed. That alone makes him a suspect...it would have to!

BBM That "theory" is backed up by the forensic anthropologist that testified for the defense. And again, even the forensic anthropologist for the prosecution couldn't even say for certain that they weren't moved there...... why? because they did NOT have her at the scene!!!! how convenient IMO

I read the plates were folded in half. This may have been in the Dassey trial transcripts. That means it was not obvious those were TH's SUV's plates until the plates were taken out of the vehicle they were placed in and unfolded.

Um you couldnt tell that there was something folded up in the back of the car through the window that looked like plates. then how did he know they were plates with the car door open? He only knew they were her plates when he opened them up? The person who was directed to search that row of cars may not have known but someone did.

Wonders how they got crumpled like that in the first place. The had to have been in tact when Detective AC called them in.

MysticJynx.... can I ask where you are finding these photo's? There are some I haven't seen :)

Some of them I copied from freeze frame from the Netflix series. Some of them I have found at other various websites talking about the case. Two that I know off hand are http://imgur.com/a/ELxbZ and http://stevenaverycase.com/source-documents/#sthash.RjflXnNb.dpbs

I like to see what the jury saw as far as documents pictures and so on. Not just the testimony, or what someone else is telling me to see. So I have been obsessed with this case since the Netflix series has come out. Think some of my family and friends are annoyed with me talking about it. But for me its kind of close, I have never lived in Manitowoc County but intended to visit there someday. My early generations of family settled Manitowoc County. And I have looked to see if anyone of the key players in the case were related to me. I do know that one relative out there was a Manitowoc Sheriff's Officer in the 80s.

Respectfully snipped by me.

First the killer didnt spread her bones around. The framers did. they did so cause on that morning of the 5th when there was a change of plans to go there. They knew that car was there and would be noticed. the intended to go with the search party that morning. They knew after they got the search warrant they wanted those bones found so they dumped them in the pit over the steel belts from the tire. then they used a shovel to mix it in good and pull a few bones to put outside of the fire pit to be seen. They put the plates in a station wagon. Looking in through the window of a station wagon you would noticeably see those plates. Just had to point a volunteer in that direction. Think it was a Volunteer Fireman. in my opinion he is just a private citizen and shouldnt have been on the lot. if a volunteer fire man was on the lot was there any volunteer MPSD on site. Such as the juror who served on Avery's jury.

below the steel belts??? i believe dumping bones on that could intertwine them.

Notice for such a hot fire that could burn a body that screw driver looks like its in good condition.

I would like to know where the pictures are of what was known as the QUARRY PILE! does that mean there was a fire pit there? Pile of what only 2 bones, they did take evidence from there. they did find a blood stain there of an unknown male.

Remember they didnt do the right thing by Teresa either. They should have taken better photo evidence had the place on a grid tagged each and every bone with a tent and taken pictures just as they did with the bullet in the garage. Why did the refuse this normal procedure and why did they not let the corner know. its not like they were afraid of a conflict of interest having the officers there that were the conflict of interest.

Not just have people SHOVEL her into boxes and sifted out at another area. that is not the procedure and if my families bones were treated with no care and concern by these people I can't believe they cared about her at all. And if I had known I'd have them stop till they did it with care. Had I found out about it at trial I would have sued. Teresa should have been handled with care.

I never understood how her bones were "intertwined" with the steel belts of a tire. I don't see how this could happen. Fire was going, her body was added, then tires were placed on top and then her bones bubbled up through? Nope. Can't happen. her bones could only become "intertwined" with the belts if her crushed up bones were thrown on top of the steel belts and filtered through.

When did she go by GZs residence?
first residence was in New Holstein.
Map from first to GZ's https://www.google.com/maps/dir/443...7be2e2aa609f974!2m2!1d-88.122485!2d43.9207541

or did she go by Avery's
https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Ave...7be2e2aa609f974!2m2!1d-88.122485!2d43.9207541

I was looking at the maps, trying to decide which was the more logical order for her to drive, and I realized it depends on where she was going afterwards.
Home?
Do we know her address?

Also, the other little piece that has been nagging in my mind is the fact that 3 days or so before TH was reported missing, SA went with his family away....was it on the 1st?

Does it seem likely that if SA committed a murder and stuck her car on his lot, had a burn pit with bones in it....having apparently carefully and thoroughly cleaned up a murder scene (whereever that was)...that he would take off out of town? Leaving all that evidence laying around?

Yes, he and a bunch of family members went to their cabin 100 miles away. Not something a guy would do if he knew he still had a ton of evidence at his house that he needed to get rid of.

Actually there are many new trial exhibits being mad accessible, here are a few:

I am sure these are just a drop in the bucket and more will become available. (Sigh) And here I thought I had caught up on everything and would become a little more "normal", instead of the overly obsessive nut job this case has turned me into. My husband is ready to duct tape my mouth and stick me in a closet somewhere as I am driving him crazy wanting to talk about it. LOL. I need an intervention something fierce.

Yeah he should have worded that as "we all knew that any potential evidence found needs to be properly collected and packaged for later testing and that meant we should not touch it."

Blaines statement..... he says that the last time anything was burned in the barrels was in the last week.... maybe November 3rd, sure would have been helpful if the bones that were found were not just taken out and sifted through, they may have been able to tell when those bones were placed in there (before or after the 3rd, would clear up a whole lot of questions) IMO

He did not see TH or any vehicles that were not normally there and didn't see Steve when they walked from the bus stop to the house. He says Bobby was home (contrary to Bobby's statement) and he woke up when Blaine and Brendan came home. He gets a call at 5 to go with a friend trick or treating...... he says Bobby, Brenda, Blaine, Bryan and Barb were all home. His friends mom comes and picks him up at 5:20 and he returned at 9:30 (it doesn't say, but assume this same friends mom dropped him off?)... yet another person coming into the yard and vicinity of SA's house that evening.

Her body is the thing he needs to get rid of and so he burns it. This is hunting area, People have fire pits and cook food all the time. IT would have seemed like someone was barbecuing nothing more. And to be honest with the property, The smoke and flame is pretty much away from anyone who would notice. There were probably tires and all kinds of things in the pit to fuel it.

It all points to him. All of it.[/QUOTE]

The smell of a burning human would've very noticeable . It does NOT smell like a BBQ! Also, the temperature of that bin fire would not have burned her down to little bits, not internal organ bits. To create a body takes intense heat.

If he starts fire around 8pm, how long did it burn? It would take a long time.

Nope. IMO, the body was burned someone else. And if Steven did that somewhere else, why would he bring her bones back? Remember, the coroner was not allowed on property.

Here is evidence that she definitely was "cut up". My question is, where was this cutting up supposed to have taken place with no DNA or blood present? Not to mention how did he do this on a holiday night when there were lots of other people present on the property? Apparently he not only has super-human cleaning powers, but he moves at super-speed too! Remember he had 2 calls with Jodi he had to fit in there, all while raping, murdering, cutting up and burning her remains, only to leave the very next day ( I think it was the 1st they all went to the cabin), leaving much evidence behind, except of course any of TH (or BD, who supposedly assisted in all this) DNA anywhere (except on key, bullet fragment, and a HUGE "concealed" Rav4).
I do not know how any rationale person can make sense of all this, and have a believable narrative, tbh.

He started the fire around 5pm-ish. It was still fully burning after 10pm.

The one thing i'm stuck on is the blood smear in the Rav 4.

If he was wearing gloves (which a lot of people speculate because of the lack of fingerprints) and cut himself through the gloves I believe it would look a lot different. Its just my own personal opinion coming from a lot of experience. I wear gloves ALL the time. I cut myself through them unfortunately and it just doesn't look like that. Now that is assuming he was wearing rubber or latex gloves (like myself), the blood acts like a suction and you just sort of leave bloody smears, not anything with darker pools and lighter streaks (thats the best I can describe what it looks like in the photos). If he was wearing work gloves or anything that was lined with cloth like material I'd be surprised he wouldn't have noticed it and knew to look to see if he left any evidence.

And you would think that once he got back to wherever to get rid of the gloves he's going to notice a big cut in the glove! Maybe retrace his steps to make sure he didn't leave any bloody fingerprints anywhere? If he went to all the trouble to Dexter style clean the garage I'd think he'd notice something like that.
