In the FBI interview with George, the FBI tell George there are over 1200 compromising photos of his daughter on her computer tower, and if they are on her tower, they are probably on someone elses, and they were telling him this as a courtesy in case these started showing up on the internet. At that time, they did not say the pics were on the internet.
My interpretation of what was said was the pics were such that Casey and at least one other person were involved, either as a photographer, or in the pics. The FBI said they were not going to release those pics to the media. If the other person(s) hasn't uploaded them, they might not be online at all.

As a Christian, my circle of friends call it "jailhouse conversion" and it rarely sticks, sad to say. I did employ an ex-con one time who was serious about the Lord, however. Once he was released, he apologized to those he had wronged, even a judge. He also paid back people he had stolen from and he didn't have to do that. He was very happy, went to church regularly, and was a lot of fun to be around. After about three years of freedom, he slipped and used drugs again and went downhill immediately. I still feel sad cuz when he was walking with the Lord, he was a great guy!

So, if KC truly repents, she will plead guilty and accept the consequences.

I read the interview with her "best friend" I think her name was Kiamarie and she mentioned that her and Casey were so close that Casey named Caylee-Marie after her but when you think about it, Cindy's middle name is Marie and also Casey's middle name is Marie so did they all get their middle name from this young Kiamarie. Just goes to show...if it sells...use it.

You have to remember that Casey is a con and a manipulator. She knows how to "play" people. She could very well have told Kio that she was honoring her by giving Caylee Maris as a middle name.

This was probably covered before but, when she was initially arrested she was in a common room being processed and such.
So yes, she was around other inmates.

If true and based on the degree of activity the defense could drop the Zanny story and go with a confussed and embarrased young mother who was lying for years about a job, nanny, etc. to cover for an illegal profession. She associated with a cast of underground criminals who used Sawgrass Apts as a prostitution ring. Call girls would be provided vacant rooms arranged by a front desk receptionist who do not cooperate with LE. They were provided with BlackJacks as a company phone with contacts #s and would be required to routinely swap sim cards.

June 16th KC meets up with a client at Sawgrass and leaves Caylee with the receptionist as usually. When she returns to provide the escort's cut she is confronted by an unidentified pimp who is enraged because she has been skimming and stealing profits. The pimp gives her 24 hours to come up with the money and to meet him back at the Apt. building. She then goes to a neutral place as she is scared and knows it will be impossible to come up with the money in time.

She returns on the 17th to plead for more time. At this point she meets back up with the pimp near the front office who refuses to return Caylee until she repays the money in full. She begs him to give her back but he refuses. She questions what will she tell her family and friends. He then gives her the ZFG script based on the registration card that was just filled out. He instructs her to tell no one including LE or she will never see her daughter again.

She then steals as much as she can from Amy. She purchases items from Target and plans on returning for cash.

The whole thing falls apart when LE gets involved but she sticks with the script for the safety of Caylee. Now that KC realizes what they did to her daughter she would like to talk to LE but is advised by her attorney not too as this will ruin his opening statements.

Very interesting....so what if KC "found" God. What did God find IN KC worth saving??? If it turns out that KC has been pregnant her entire time in prison, I wouldn't be surprised. Ok...here goes my prosectutor questions...

If she was prostituting it seems like she was at her friends more than turning tricks.

Why was she stealing from her parents?

Why if Caylee was kidnapped wouldn't she immediately gone and told her parents and asked for money?

Why would she buy things at Target and return them for cash instead of just cashing the checks at the bank? She did that at least for one check. Also she wore the sunglasses and shirt, so therefore they were non-returnable and I'm sure she didn't return food or the beer.

When Caylee's body turned up, why wouldn't she immediately tell who the "pimp" was...she didn't have to worry about Caylee's safety any more.

if this is the "story", the JB, as officer of the court, should have come forward to LE to help find the real kidnappers and help his client go free or at least get immunity for the prostitution so that she could give her statements without fear of prosecution. Nope. this wouldn't fly.

You've taken it this far, why not go a little further. The "pimp" murdered Caylee and put her in KC's trunk. In fact, I think you are very close to what the defense will go with. Zani will still be involved, the madam or whatever. Their biggest problem won't be connecting the dots and adding details to KC's lies, it will be getting the jury to believe a word of it.

I was really sold on the escort thing for awhile...but I just don't see her thinking it's worth it...her whole social set is pretty lightweight and I think when women become hookers they leave behind their playmates and adopt the industry lifestyle.
