hum,now who do you think would try to point the finger at Roy Kronk ?? Oh, I know Andrea and Baez maybe !!

I seriously do not expect something like this from either of them...too amateurish. If it came from inside the jail, it should be pretty easy to track. If not, maybe one of Kronk's exes has an axe to grind and is just seeking to make trouble for him.

If it was written by or for one of the Anthonys, you can bet that will be discovered. It would be another nail in their daughter's coffin. I don't see them being so stupid as to not recognize that.

Ok peeps...decided to take one for the team and try to make this easier to read....it's really bad hand-writing... the grammar is pretty bad, too. There are 3 pages of notebook paper that have been written on front and back. I'm busy with a few other things right now, but I've gotten the front AND back of page 1 typed out for ya! Hope this helps!!

Dear Honorable Judge
im writting to you in the case of state of Florida--
--vs Casey Anthony orange county
im a florida prisoner serving life ive been in prison going on "14" straight years. recently ive transferred from one prison to the next. I was at central florida reception center on november 4-5-09 I rand into a old time known drug dealer from orlando AKA O-town finest a white male blue eyes blound hair a steroid user. we reconized each other. he is 96" wanted to sell me drugs in orlando but i did not except. I questioned him did he know that casey Anthony chick? he said he met her at a party last summer that he wass obsessed with her! That casey anthony and him o-town finest hooked up at the Hilton Hotel Down Town orlando that he offered her coke and weed! Tempts to get her Hi to forcefully have sex with casey. But casey anthony refused to give in after getting Hi on his drugs so he tempted to rape casey inside the Hilton Hotel But casey anthony resisted as neighbors in the next motel room come over to the room door to see what was going on. This guy told me that he forcefully snatched off caseys shirt and jean shorts in attempts to penetrate caseys virgina but casey forcefully got away and opened the door to run as she got her shirt and shorts She picked up his duffa bag containing a half kilp of powder cocain and $25,000.00 in cash money and rand off. he told me that later this evening he went to caseys house seen her white sports coup in the yard and seen casey inside getting Hi in her house and saw the little girl out side playing by caseys car wheel!
I ask him did he kill that lil kid Kailey? He told me that he told casey to come clean with the half kilo of powder and $25,000.00 she took from him to return it or she will never see her kid again he said casey denied this or taking and things from him so he left her house and the next day in Jun 2008 or some where in the summer or last year he staked out caseys anthony home then seen caseys daughter Kailey out side in the front yard that he walked up to the house saw casey through the window getting Hi that he went to lil Kailey and put duck tape on her mouth and took her from caseys home
he said later he met casey and told her he kidnapped her daughter Kailey that if she did not return the half kilo of coke and his $25,000.00 case that she took from the Hilton Hotel that he was going to kill her daughter Kailey. He said casey threaten to call the police on him! He told her if she do call that she will find her daughter Kailey dead on the News!
he said he forced casey anthony to steal and forge checks to pay off the debt. in order to get his money back. he said after casey tried to call the police on him he told his partner name kronk to hold caseys daughter to see if casey would call the police!

Thank you so much for copying this! I don't know how you did it without your eyes falling out from the strain of trying to read this junk, but thank you, thank you, thank you!

As for the letter, the only thing I have to say is "wow"...

Thank you DogMom2JoeandWillie - but I didn't say "wow", for me it was just a big sigh of almost disgust. Just how much rubbish are we going to have put in front of us before we just get on with this trial! I understand looking at all the evidence over and over again, but it is what it is, and unless something real, dramatic and AUTHENTIC as evidence is brought forward, I will continue to believe no one but Casey killed Beautiful Caylee, and she needs to walk that hallway in shackles to whatever punishment the jury decides and it needs to happen sooner than later.

Do we have a handwriting analysis thread?

I've seen that capital "R" in "KRunk' before......

Agree.

I said "wow", because I can't believe the garbage that keeps coming forth in this case. Believe me, I am disgusted by the entire thing.

Okay where is the bag Casey took that had all the drugs and $25,000.00 in cash in the duffel bag she stole from the drug dealer at the hilton. I do not believe this letter. I bet Cindy wrote it.

It cost money for Bat Phones, pots of chilli, new friends, body art:innocent:, ear piercings, travel via ship and plane, service repair for those computers which keep crashingand additional cell phones that everyone else can call.

They're too busy to hold down any jobs at the moment.:cool2:

I am unable to find anything about how or to whom this letter was released to. If it was released to the news channel I cannot find a story on it. If the letter was to the judge, did he read it and release it? Or was it just sent out to the news as an open letter to the judge? Can someone help me out on this please?

Thanks Tiredofthis, I realized that and was completing your wow, but mixed up my thanking mom2 for her translation before I went beyond your wow - sorry for not being clear!

The media probably requested it as it has been filed with the court. You can see on the side of the letter it was received from the judge and if you look at case history on the myclerk website it is documented there by doing a criminal case search for Casey.

I think the "letter to the judge" was written by a woman. The reason I say that is 1) a whole lot of sentences end with exclamation points 2) the "I"s dotted with little circles. Both of these are more commonly found in a woman's handwritten letters and emails than in a man's. (Ask yourself how many emails you have ever received from a man using lots of exlamation points. Not too many, I'll bet.)

I also agree there was a deliberate attempt to "dumb down" the letter. There are numerous misspellings of both simple and not so simple words. BUT there is no confustion between the use of "there", "their" and "they're", which seems to be a real problem for so many who have been undereducated.

This does not strike me as a letter written by a person who is mentally disturbed. As stated by others, it is a coherently written narrative.

Written by whom? And for what purpose?

My opinion: The defense team in this case will go to any lengths to try to strengthen the "some other dude did it" defense.

How did this letter get released?

I'm wondering if this is the response the defense had hoped for?

(tee hee)

:shakehead: I doubt it RR! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

But if they or the A's had anything whatsoever to do with it (and I wouldn't be shocked in the least) and they thought for a minute that it would fly..then they most certainly are as desperate as I thought they were! ..:highfive:

Oh, the tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive..

What a blazingly obvious crock of issht! I wonder who Casey got to construct that massive piece of fiction for her. She couldn't have been dumb enough to write it herself could she? One scary thing is the use of "Conclussion" centered and underscored like a legal brief as if written by an attorney (through force of habit), but what kind of attorney would go so far as to falsely create evidence?

I think it was one of her Alters and Baez is sending the judge a clue. I bet you the judge is sitting in his office right now saying ,now I understand.. Just like Baez promised.

why does the author of this letter seem like it's Joy W? ~L~

LOL Nanny1 agreed. I guess I should have read the entire thread before posting, but I was blown away by how obviously false the document is.

I notice that specific dates were given when this "lifer" who had served 14 years was in County lockup with O-Town. Lets say a prisoner were moved from prison to county or there for any reason. There is a paper trail for those specific dates, what the prisoners' sentences are, where they are normally housed and where/with whom they were housed while @ County. It will not be diffiicult to track such a person down. If no such person exists, then the document is fabricated evidence in a capital case, which will come back to bite its author in the *advertiser censored**

Great observations! I agree. Doesn't KC use circles to dot her "I"s??

Since inmates can't exactly run out to the mailbox and sending mail addressed to a Judge would probably raise a few eyebrows, I would assume that the author of the letter is not a secret to the court. JMHO
I don't think this has anything to do with the defense, i just think this person is a nutter butter.

I find this preposterous letter interesting. Someone with a lot of time on their hands or more than a passing interest in this case went to a lot of trouble to weave this tale implicating Kronk, letting KC off the hook for her actions, painting her as a victim on one hand, but also painting her guilty on a lesser charge of larceny and forgery. I get the idea this person studied, in a sense, under Patsy Ramsey who is probably the author of the world's longest ransom note.

So who would want KC off the hook on a murder charge, but on the hook for larceny and forgery? Her parents, JB, AL, KC? The letter just smells like someone was put up to writing this trash.

Maybe Casey did write this letter. Psychopaths are known for telling tall tales that cast themselves in a good light--well good in their minds.

Maybe an attorney would do anything to save her client from the killers, and refers in her interview regarding her book to Caylee as "kid." Interesting, the person who wote the letter refers to Caylee as "lil kid Kailey."

I think the problem with all the theories about anyone who is not a prisoner in the system is that the letter was sent from within the prison system. That rules out the family, JW, or anyone else but KC or another prisoner. I doubt it's KC, she's not dumb enough to risk something like this.
