He used different names plus back then; A library card was considered valid I.D. lol

But so far he has been trackable. But we need to learn more in order to solve the 4 found.

Now what if he ditched the 2nd barrel years later even though the 4 were killed at the same time.

Idk. Hopefully they will be identified soon.

My notes on this case:
May 1981 Dawn Beaudin born May 1981 New Hampshire abandoned Jun 1986 in California by
Nov 1981 New Hampshire Bob Evans, left with Denise Beaudin

1981- 1984 Whereabouts unknown

1985 jailed in California as Curtis Mayo Kimball, Where was Dawn and Denise? Dawn abandoned Jun 1986 in California.

1985- bodies in a barrel - female 23-33 and female 5-11 found in Allentown, New Hampshire – killed before 1984 maybe before 1981 since no daughter there when he was with Denise Beaudin.
October 1989 paroled and left California
January 1986 Santa Cruz, California, alias Gordon Jenson, working at RV Park DAUGHTER?
Jun 1986 California, abandons Dawn Beaudin, then 5 years old
September 1986 Jensen/Kimball/Evans connection made
Nov 1988 , San Luis, CA alias Gerry Mockerman driving a Preston, ID vehicle

1990-2000 UNKNOWN

May 2000 second Barrel found Allentown, New Hampshire, female 2-4, female 1-3, children born between 1996-2000
Nov 2002 Lawrence Vanner arrested and identified as Evans

Allentown bodies found: 1985 and 2000 – Middle child was Evan’s child but not Beaudin’s, the woman 23-33 and the other children were related to each other but not to Evans or Beaudin family. Children born late 70’s early 80’s. First child found age 5-11, 2000 found two children ages 1-3 and 2-4

2002 Evans arrested in CA as Lawrence Vanner, same as Curtis Kimball, for killing his wife Eunsoon JUN

Had 5-11 year old daughter and 23-33 year old woman not related to the daughter – in the barrel

2010 – died as Robert T. Evans

No daughter or woman in 1981 when he left with Denise Beaudin but he was not the father of her 6 month old child, Dawn. Killed his daughter (or maybe another stolen child) and the woman before May 1981? Dumped bodies in New Hampshire. 5-11 year old would have been born no later than 1970-76, adult at 33 would have been born 1949-1959. If second barrel was dumped at the same time, children would have been born no later than 1980. But, ALL barrels could have been dumped anytime BEFORE 1981, (or second barrel could have been dumped after 1990 and before 1996 at the latest—not likely because adult female was related to the 2 toddlers, probably all killed at the same time—also would have meant a cross-country trip (since he and Denise? had moved to CA) to dump the second barrel in New Hampshire). Most likely all were killed and dumped prior to 1981, before he became involved with Denise.

My first Questions: (most likely some have been answered already)
Any information on the barrels to identify where they came from?
When did Denise meet him? Before or after the baby, Dawn, was born? Does family know?
Is the father of Dawn known?
Similarity to Franklin Delano Floyd case?? Seemed attached to Dawn/Lisa or she would have been killed, too.
Any unidentified remains to match Denise between 1981-1986 in CA? Did Denise make it to CA? Could be anywhere?
Who owned the stolen car from Idaho? Any missing people in that area from that time?
Any of the employers know of any family Evans/AKAs had?
Did Denise have a new identity or just Dawn?
Any employment references given on any jobs? Who would hire an electrician without any references?
Electrical licenses or experience?
Evans or the unknown child have DNA match to any known (Franklin Delano Floyd who is now supposed to be on death row in Florida, or anyone that has DNA available, etc.) murderers, if information is available or family members willing (can’t hurt to ask for it)?
Could there be any medical records on any of the aliases in the area of California where they lived?

Almost looks like he ditched Dawn about the time he would have needed to register her for school. When you look at the Franklin Delano Floyd case, sending the child to school became a problem in his life. I am wondering if Bob Evans knew or was related to FDF.

Also interesting in the FDF case was connection to Church of the New Song (CONS), originating in Atlanta, and Penal Digest International, originating in Iowa. Both appear to be underground channels of information for prisoners and/or former prisoners.

The barrels were dumped at the same time, we learned that in 2015. You have to watch the presser, it will answer a lot of your questions. They now know where the barrels came from. I'm sure LE knows the info to when he met Denise but they have not made it known.

Dawn had done her DNA years ago, she had an angel help her look for her parents. We do not know if she has found her father already

The world moved slow in the 1900's. A social security number wasn't issued at birth till the 90's.

Think back on history class, how people lived in the 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's. I was born in 65, TV's were still a pretty recent technology. Ask your parents, was a great time to be alive. The music, muscle cars, motorcycles, then coming into the 70's clothing changed, cars started getting smaller; music did a 360 with punk, then rap. The 1st time I saw a computer was high school in the 80's my dad had a Radio Shack special. Most things that we use had huge technology upgrades within the 50 years I've been alive. Sewing machines weren't that fancy when I learned to sew. I still remember when microwaves came out.

Some older people have no clue when their exact birth date is because they never had a birth certificate. People are and were tracked using the census. Now that I've been doing my family tree, I see how people back in the late 1800 early 1900 didn't track their DOB, I have different dates for multiple people.

Our socials were pretty much only used for working and income taxes. It wasn't until the 90's where the government decided they needed to start tracking people better from birth. Now it is a major form of ID. Back before 9/11 you could use any number of things for identification, bank account, library card, marriage license, divorce docs, county ID, health insurance.

Bob Evans was able to move around and reinvent himself because it was easier to go anywhere to start over. Find a place to hire you, you have work. You get paid in cash or check, back then all you had to do was go to the branch the check was issued from to cash it.

For the new posters, this is the easiest way to catch up. Last year a few of us wrote a note to try to ID the middle child now known as Bob's daughter.

Do you recognize this possibly Native American/ Caucasian Female Aged 3 to 4 Years Old Born Between 1976 and 1980?

And the DNA results are even more shocking. This is no longer just four individual murders -- this is a murdered family.

Forensics paint a heartbreaking family portrait, likely a young mother in her mid-20s and her 10-year-old and 3-year-old daughters. The fourth victim is a 4-year-old little girl who is unrelated, but believed by authorities to be an extended part of the family unit.

"I think that unfortunately somebody took one young female and three little girls and hid them away in the woods hoping that they were never going to be found, and that we were never going to know who they are. But we're really fortunate that they were found, and they have not been forgotten," said National Center for Missing & Exploited Children Senior Forensic Specialist Carol Schweitzer.

There is also a good chance they're locals. According to authorities, chemical compound testing proves this family lived in the area and had been there at least three months.

Article in Forensic Mag on how Dawn's daughter found who she was, her mother got listed as missing and how Bob was connected.
The Tale of the Abandoned Girl’s DNA that Led to a Notorious Cold Case

As Carol Schweitzer and other NCMEC investigators plotted the last known appearance of Beaudin and her mother Denise on a map last year, they noticed a close connection to a huge unsolved case nearby.

Immediately it was clear—Dawn Beaudin had last been seen in Manchester. That town in southern New Hampshire was just 15 miles down the road from Allenstown, site of one of the most notorious cold cases in American history.

“The team was looking at the map to see where Manchester was,” Schweitzer recalls. “When they’re pulling up the map to see where Lisa originally came from, we noticed that’s right there. Right near the New Hampshire case.”

They’re known as the Bear Brook Murders, after the nearby state park. In 1985, hunters came upon a 55-gallon drum in the woods, which they opened to find two bodies stuffed inside: a woman and a girl, both decomposed. A full investigation turned up no leads, other than the fact that they had been dumped there a few years earlier.

In 2000, as state police detectives continued to investigate the two homicides, they came upon the unthinkable: a second barrel, with two more bodies stuffed inside. This time, both were little girls. DNA eventually determined that two of the girls were related to the adult woman, but the fourth victim was a girl unrelated to the others.

Schweitzer and the NCMEC team almost immediately made the connection. The center had been looking at Lisa’s case since 2004, once DNA had ruled out that the man in a California prison who had abandoned her was not her biological father. But they had never had a case open from the other end, on Dawn Beaudin from New Hampshire, before. She and her mother Denise and her mother’s boyfriend Robert Evans had simply disappeared from the area following a family Thanksgiving dinner in 1981, amid financial problems. Dawn was only officially reported missing in 2016, amid these new revelations.

NCMEC had never had a point of interest on the map quite that close to the Bear Brook Murders. But now they did—and they had pictures and descriptions of the man named Curtis Kimball who had abandoned Lisa in California.

Everything was lining up.

“Everyone in the unit here is familiar with the large cases, one of them being Allenstown,” Schweitzer recalled. “We started to hear the information that came in on Lisa’s case. She went missing in 1981 … The timeline is consistent, location is consistent, you have a mother and daughter that go missing at the same time.

“This was too similar; we needed to track down if there were any links to the New Hampshire case,” she added.

Remember I did not have a SS card until the early to mid 80's only a BC. Do not know if times have changed, back then you had to go to the SS and apply for one. I had no photo ID, it goes to show you back then one could take anyone's BC without a photo ID and acquire a SS card.

In 1965, I just wrote a letter to Social Security giving my name and birth date and asked them to send me a card, and they did.

Any chance this could be Denise? OR ONE of the Denises? Or Elizabeth or the mother of the middle child? Accident, 1985 and then he shows up in CA? He spent some time in Georgia and Louisiana.

SMALL coma isotope map.pngoverlap.jpg

Also, does her isotope line fall right smack in the middle of the yellow part of the midwest overlay that someone did in one of these threads? So, if not Denise B. then maybe Elizabeth or one of the other Denises.

Bringing this list over from the RE thread. I will continue the rest for 1980 here at this thread since it has to do specifically with the Allenstown Does.
Missing Canadian females from the 1970's (many of aboriginal decent and some that are darker complected that might be "Elizabeth Evans" and the mother of the middle child):

I will start one for the 1980's soon.

I worry that the mother of the middle child's family assumed she was voluntarily missing for the same reason Denise's family assumed she left town with RE b/c of financial issues. Perhaps she was believed by her family to be voluntarily missing I guess is what I am getting at. If so, I worry how much work LE have ahead of them.

Here's a site that might help us. I just don't have much time to look through them right now.

https://charleyross.wordpress.com/2012/11/01/pregnant-women-and-girls/

I went through the list. 7 cases may fit the timeline of the Allenstown murders:
- Dianne Webb (missing 1960), Arizona/California
-Debra Wilhite (missing 1974), Indiana, circumstances don´t match (credible suspects exist)
- Teresa Fittin (missing 1975), Florida
- Laura Flink (missing 1969), Washington
- Dorothy Madden (missing 1975), Ohio
- Linda Peterson (missing 1978), Utah/Kentucky
- Evelyn Davis (missing 1979), Ohio, circumstances don´t match (credible suspects exist)

Narrowing it down:
- Circumstances do not match for 2 of them.
- The isotopes map for the Allenstown victims does not include Florida And Utah. So, the victims never lived there.

this leaves just:
Diane, Dorothy and Laura. Although I think Linda´s photo resembles the sketch for the deceased mother.

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/q/quimby_deborah.html
Deborah's circumstances are definitely intriguing. Perhaps she met someone like RE, became pregnant with his child, and ran away with him? Are you thinking she is the mother of the middle more native looking child "Elizabeth Evans"? RE claims he met "Elizabeth" in Quebec, but he also is a nasty liar. Seems as though he possibly went around the whole continent impregnating young women and preying upon not just young mothers, but also their female children (whether blood related or not).

My only problem with Dorothy Madden is her boyfriend was bat crap crazy and creepy. I think he had something to do with it. Also I see no link to RE.

I agree the boyfriend was presented as disturbed.
The boyfriend had a name that looks made up: Nathan F. Wisely. I couldn´t find any trace of such a name in the US.
Maybe he was Bob Evans? Who knows.
