Still listed on NamUs (MP19657), but not listed on the NJ State Police page.

The correct spelling of the town is Bridgewater, NJ. It is misspelled on NamUs.

I am fairly sure her maiden name was Ann Bernadette Kania. On Ancestry there is a marriage record from New Jersey in 1951 for Thomas K Fulton to Ann B Kania and a separate 1940 census record confirms the B as Bernadette. I am also fairly sure her husband died in 2019 but there are children and grandchildren. The husband sounds to have been reputable, but I do wonder why there was a two month gap between the missing date and the date he reported her missing.

What is "an attempt to locate teletype"? Like a police communication? Should this read "an 'attempt to locate' teletype instead? Also what is NCIC?

NCIC is the National Crime Information Center - National Crime Information Center (NCIC) — FBI. However it was founded 1967, but I suspect it was not fully operational until some years later and this is what they mean.

The marriage to Thomas Fulton is corroborated by my newspaper clipping research on this case. I found a "Bea Fulton" associated with "Frohlin Drive" in Bridgewater in one article. In another, I found "Thomas K Fulton" associated with "Frohlin Drive" as well. "Bea" was Ann Fulton's nickname of course. Also, I found a "Kip Fulton" associated with "Frohlin Drive." This was a young man back in the 1970s who seemed to have some minor run-ins with the law and then some worse ones.

Keywords that I recommend if you are researching this case:
  • "Bea Fulton"
  • "Thomas K Fulton"
  • "Frohlin Drive"
  • "Basking Ridge"
  • maybe "Kip Fulton" or "Kip Richard Fulton"

The time gap looks suspicious... Did she run away before? Was she travelling and that prevent the disappearance to be noticed? Maybe her husband was out of town and, when he returned, he discovered his wife missing.
It seems Kip had some problems; do you think is possible their son made some enemies which took revenge on his mother?

Great research, thanks! From the newspaper clippings, it looks like Kip's legal troubles, at least the news worthy ones, started 3-4 years after Bea's disappearance, and he would have been about 18 at the time she was reported missing.

So it's not clear that whatever he was involved in at the time, if anything, could have been serious enough in nature to cause his mother to be victimized because of it. MOO
