Authorities say she was likely born in the 1940s, was about 5' 6" tall, weighed around 220 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes

We've had quite a few cases where in the rush to get the person to a hospital, their clothing and ID are pushed aside and aren't moved to the morgue with them.
