Thats the whole problem..
They control the information flow now and they control the narrative too..
Disempowering all and sundry.

did he cry for the victims in previous pressers?
they were just numbers today.. genderless, ageless- commodities..

JMO, its the casino cartel in Las Vegas that is controlling the narrative.

They control the news media and elected offiials, including the sheriff & metro police. They decide who gets elected and who loses.

That they've now absconded with a key witness is pretty unprecedented in the US anyway. This gets more like a modern version of "The Godfather" every day. JMO

-Strange is this, “in a Las Vegas area hotel suite WITH A LIVING ROOM AND AN ADJOINING BEDROOM”. I wonder though if he wants to make sure he doesn’t leave any room for the mass confusion like we have been given about SP “one room-that room-2 rooms-locked room...and on and on. Good for him if he is intentionally wanting to leave ‘no room’ for any doubt.

-ETA. By this I mean it is refreshing to hear descriptions versus not. I will whiplash back...to the basics of these description-types. A living room, bedroom, adjoining room, suite, corner room can be observed in a snap...especially from crime scene officials/authorities. Despite the available quick access schematic tools to assist. We didn’t get that very basic info at the onset. Why?

These media sources are slightly to moderately conservative in bias. They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes) to favor conservative causes. These sources are generally trustworthy for information, but may require further investigation.

If we only had news sites without any biases to read or watch then we would have to dismiss them all especially many of the MSM sites.

As long as they are ruled factual and trustworthy, I don't care what their political slant may be. With the media today there isn't one who doesn't have biases, sadly. And many MSM sites have been caught in out and out lies lately imo............so much so.........they have become THE news story themselves at times instead of just reporting the news.

Getting your own attorney costs a lot of money, which I presume he doesn't have.
Usually in this situation, there are a few who pop up handle a client "pro bono "= put their name on the map, possible revenue from book/magazine , tabloid deals etc. I believe that the offers to him , have been offered, but in this situation, he will not be "allowed " the freedom to take advantage of them...

Oh yes.

"When you stop learning, stop listening, stop looking and asking questions, always new questions, then it is time to die." ~Lillian Smith

"Asking questions is what brains were born to do, at least when we were young children. For young children, quite literally, seeking explanations is as deeply rooted a drive as seeking food or water." ~Alison Gopnik

What was it Larry King said? "I love to ask questions and I love people. It's a blessing (and also a curse)."
Best post of the day!![emoji257]

This just hit me

I came up with this list by reviewing my memory of stories/coverage I saw during Pulse

Do you guys realize that in this story , unlike any other ever -- we have not heard stuff like:

Actual numbers of admits at each hospital

Breakdown of numbers of critical life threatening minor anything like that

Zero updates on status of conditions

No details on nature of injuries

discharge numbers

actual injured numbers (it has stayed at "around" or "over " 500 for its entirety

Snipped by me

????????

These things were absolutely addressed in today's press conference.

Are you asking for discharge status and plans patient by patient? Because HIPPA laws would prevent that. He did provide an update of the above numbers of people treated and released, still in the hospital and critical, and a new and updated of the total number injured.

-Love that, all of it!
While on the education of children topic, I think we would benefit by beefing up the issues of street-smarts in the classroom arena. Nothing complex, simply the healthy aspect of being able to have discussions about tragedies, as well as everyday stuff that none of us are immune to. For a different day and different thread.

I agree. If you read back a few posts from that one, I was using this as an example to a poster who wrote that Independent Sentinel was "not a legitimate news link". Here is my reply to that post:

^^ appears to be "a legitimate news link", per MediaBiasFactCheck:
https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/independent-sentinel/

Factual Reporting: HIGH

Notes: [...] we were unable to find an instance where the Independent Sentinel failed a fact check. We rate the Independent Sentinel right biased with mostly factual reporting. ([...] 3/14/2017)

No we did not, still have yet to hear the exact basics of the shooters lair from Law Enforcement...
Let me make this clear, like another poster said, My family bleeds blue through repeated generations, I have nothing but the ultimate respect for Leos. However, because so many are in my familia ☺, I am more than accustomed to their protocal, and their "situational" distress. That being said, I still do not hesitate to call a spade a spade, whether it is in my garden, or your backyard...

Is he a contractor or an employee? Does anyone wonder where he fits in the new and improved timeline?

-What struck me with him on the TODAY show interview, aside from never hearing his name was that he was named as the “Building Engineer”. It was spoken and also was in the Tagline screen caption. I believe it was determined that he was an employee of MB. But, we have heard the various differing reports of him as *Maint-BE-Staff Security Personel* so not sure about that very basic info???

Actually, she posted that response BEFORE the press conference, I was in awe when I saw that particular info. In his notes, check the transcript, it was almost like he read the comment and answered in response to her query. I got a little shook, then I chastised myself, surely, he does not have time to be snooping on Websleuths... [emoji6]

ABC TV news tonight Matt Guttman reporting says

"FBI is taking over the investigation trying to determine the timeline and motive.' then says something like'due to the
amount of information and all the people they need to talk to.....

Is this true?

Yes, I did read your prior post. Thank you. Just because a news agency is a conservative site I am puzzled how that makes them unacceptable when the majority of all MSM news agencies are far left leaning sites. That seems biased itself. Are they too to be dismissed because of their agendas and left leaning ideology? Some of them have a very poor rating for accuracy and truthfulness. Its obvious to me that most do not trust any media site, online or otherwise, and that is why the media is rated even lower than congress in many polls.

I always make sure I read more than one site to see if what has been said by one is being validated as truth by others. What is aggravating is to see many MSM sites now who do not do their own reporting/vetting anymore and will simply copy and paste an AP article. It shows how lazy many have become in the media. imo

IMO

-Well said. This has nothing to do with any profiling of anyone or anything. It has everything to do with calling it what it is. And it is not what we should be witnessing from these officials.
