[h=3]Details of Disappearance[/h] Shea was last seen exiting a vehicle at Union Plaza in downtown North Las Vegas, Nevada on October 20, 1985. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in Shea's case, but he is said to be missing under suspicious circumstances.

After 30 years plus surely there are very few cases where it is necessary for any information to be withheld.
Surely all circumstances and information could be released for most missing persons... Relatives and friends are getting older.... One or two of the thousands of cases might just be solved if all police/family/friends information held was put into the open
