He was just coming back from being interviewed at the police station, so I imagine they seized his clothes as evidence, and executed a search warrant on his body (to look for injuries). They must have given him that to wear.
All we know is that law enforcement returned to the home, and knocked on his door, apparently receiving no answer. Law enforcement then responded by securing the area, pushing people back, and bringing in reinforcements.
That suspect is super sus. Why don’t ppl call the police when they see others covering their identity to this degree

Honestly, landscapers who work near the road or in the median (between lanes) wear outfits like this in the summer. Reflective stripes for visibility. The gloves are the only slightly odd thing about the outfit. Typically they would be more gardening-type. I would not think this person looks that odd in Vegas right now.
It needs to be odd when someone is covering every part of their body like that and slinking along somewhere instead of working.
