Hovanec says no definitive answer.

Prosecutors called a rebuttal witness, Metro employee Matthew Hovanec. He previously testified about info on Telles' phone and work computer. Hovanec said the software that analyzes cell data does not always catch a deleted text message.

Hamner is going over a search of Telles' phone for food recipes. He's asked if there are any recipes for fried rice on the phone. Hovanec did not find any. Telles has previously said he cut his finger after German's death while making his daughter friend rice.

Telles has repeating many of his prior statements that he did not kill German, and he did not know German's address. He's now speaking about his relationship with Roberta Lee-Kennett: "If Mr. German had not been killed, you would not be hearing about the fact that it happened."

Draskovich brings up ring camera at Telles home.Was data from ring camera by front door obtained?

Gatus says yes, but there wasn’t much video from 9/2/22 that was found to be relevant. That’s why clips weren’t used in video synopsis that was provided. Says she reviewed it.

Gatus said surveillance footage shows the Yukon Denali approach Telles' neighborhood after German was killed. About 12 minutes later, Gatus said Telles' other car, a BMW, leaves the neighborhood and drives towards the gym. Telles has said he checked into the gym at 12:09pm

Gatus said she reviewed ring camera footage from Telles' home, but she did not find anything relevant. Police estimated the time the Denali may have arrived or left the house, but the ring camera footage did not show anyone coming or going from the house at those estimated times

Gatus says they know when SUV would have left and returned and it wasn’t informative about whereabouts of Telles on 9/2/22.

Ive enjoyed this trial more than most. The '"Telles Comedy Hour" of narrative self testimony is pure gold and didnt disappoint again today. Telles is beyond delusional and still thinks he nailed that testimony. I know a few people like him, I hope the county hasn't corralled one or more in their jury pool. The evidence is beyond convincing and hopefully Mr German's family can start healing especially after having to endure this alibi.
