I wonder about Robin Anne Veudreuil as a potential for this UID. PMI for this UID is "years" and Robin was reported missing 7 years earlier from Worcester MA where she was possibly travelling to Oswego NY. Robin was known to hitchhike with long distance truckers. Worcester to Oswego would be a straight run on I-90. Hunter (where UID was found) is not far off I-90.
