'According to police sources, images of the sought-after murderer were previously released, yet this is the first time cops say the video has been disseminated to the public, which shows an individual dressed in green strolling down the sidewalk.'
'Law enforcement sources say they believe this man approached 22-year-old Jamal Singleton from behind in front of a home on 977 Greene Avenue at around 9:43 p.m. on Sept. 19 2011 after being seen walking back and forth in the area. The assailant opened fire on Singleton, with one bullet striking him in the back and exiting through his chest.'
