Columbus Police are trying to find a 5 month old child.
Colton Ray-Harris was last seen on Tuesday January 31st, in the company of Donna Morton.

I haven't seen it clarified in MSM but from looking around, my opinion is she is not Colton's mother.

Interesting. The comments on one picture are a bit disturbing. I really hope the 5-month-old will be found. I may be a bit confused, is Donna missing too?
ETA I see now that they are looking for Donna too.

Columbus police say the mother of five month-old Colton Ray-Harris says he is at his grandparent's Memphis, Tennessee home. Officers there confirmed the boy is in the custody of family members. Investigators say Donna Morton is a friend of the child's mother. CPD was told Morton took Harris to Tennessee without the mother's permission.

Most people don't kidnap a child to immediately take him to his grandparents' house. My guess is that there was either a misunderstanding or there is more to this story (e.g., friend thought mother was intoxicated or similar and wasn't capable of caring for the child).
