Details of Disappearance
Willis was last seen on Watson Road in Waverly, Ohio on July 4, 2020.

He lived with his girlfriend on Johnson Hill Road. His girlfriend stated the last time she heard from him, he was on the way home, possibly from Cincinnati, Ohio, where he spent a lot of time.

He has never been heard from again.

His girlfriend reported him missing on July 11.

Investigators believe Willis's case may have a connection to another missing Waverly man, Koby Roush, who was also last seen in early July. Police have the same person of interest in both disappearances, and wanted to interview him, but before they could do so the man died of a drug overdose.

Authorities stated other potential witnesses in Willis's disappearance had not been helpful.

Both his and Roush's disappearances remain unsolved.

Good for LE! Maybe now folks will start talking about what happened to Frog and Koby. MOO

OH - OH - Koby Roush, 24, Waverly, 5 Jul 2020

WAVERLY, Ohio (WCMH) – The daughter of a missing Ohio man says she has been told he was cut up in a chipper and fed to hogs.

Brittney Hewell said her father, Raymont Willis, 42, was always focused on his children and grandchildren.

Willis disappeared from his home on July 4, 2020. His disappearance is connected to Koby Roush who disappeared the following day and was also said to have been fed to pigs. They are connected through a man who overdosed two weeks later, Luke Farmer.

Willis, circa 2020

Details of Disappearance

Willis was last seen on Watson Road in Waverly, Ohio on July 4, 2020. He lived with his girlfriend on Johnson Hill Road.

On July 2, police had served as a search warrant on the residence. Among they items they located were two small plastic bags of marijuana and a shotgun. Between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. on July 4, the day he disappeared, Willis called his daughter and said, "The sheriff's raided my house, but I'll be okay." This was the last time she heard from her father.

His girlfriend stated the last time she heard from him, he was on the way home, possibly from Cincinnati, Ohio, where he spent a lot of time. The last time anyone actually saw him, he was running into the woods on Watson Road. He has never been heard from again. His girlfriend reported him missing on July 11.

Investigators believe Willis's case may have a connection to another missing Waverly man, Koby Roush, who was also last seen in early July. Police have the same person of interest in both disappearances, a man named Luke Farmer. A witness told police that Farmer "told him in person that he murdered two people," Roush being one of them.

Only hours after police began searching for Farmer to question him in Willis and Roush's cases, however, Farmer died of a drug overdose. He collapsed in front of friends, who attempted without success to revive him with CPR and administration of Narcan, a medication the reverses the effects of narcotic drugs.

A sample of Farmer's blood was collected by the coroner for analysis and he tested positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine, and the designer opioid drugs 4-ANPP, fentanyl, and norfentanyl. His death was ruled an accident.

Members of Willis's family stated they'd heard stories from several people about what happened to her father; the stories were that Willis's body was cut up and fed to hogs. Authorities stated other potential witnesses in Willis's disappearance had not been helpful. Both his and Roush's disappearances remain unsolved.

“We walked up to the bridge … and looked over the guardrail,” said Wilson, a crime victims’ advocate. “There was a deteriorated plastic bag with clothing in it. We unfolded it with gloves on to look at the clothing to see if it was male or female; it was male. We had a family look at the clothing, and then we called law enforcement.”

Walk for justice for Koby and Raymont

Somerset Memorial Park

The Charley Project updated their page. Details of Disappearance updated.
They found Koby's body earlier this month. That's sad that his body was apparently there all that time and no one could see it. There's a map showing the location of his car in the link.

On Saturday, March 11, an outdoorsman searching for shed whitetail antlers called 911 to report the sight of what appeared to be human bones while walking in an open field near Mount Carmel Road in Raccoon Township, ...

The caller said he found the remains about a half-mile west of a cabin on the 2700 block of Mount Carmel Road — an address in close proximity to where Roush’s abandoned, broken-down car was found six days after he was reported missing from the Jackson area.

FB for Koby:

Sounds like Luke Farmer (willis' previous cellmate) admitted to someone that he had killed 2 people- likely Koby Roush And Raymont Willis.
Farmer died of an "accidental overdose" before LE could question him on his connections to the missing men.

Michael Saylor went missing, and was found deceased not too far from this area during a similar time period.

May there be more answers for Raymont's family!

Thanks for the update. I wonder if there was a drug connection?
