Circumstances of Disappearance - On September 16, 1987, J.W. Wilson's abandoned pickup was discovered east of Antlers, Oklahoma in Pushmataha County. Wilson resided in Garvin, Oklahoma in McCurtain County at the time of his disappearance. Wilson's father reported he last saw J.W. Wilson on Labor Day, September 7, 1987.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation officials said in a news release that a person was in a wooded area Sunday near Highway 3 and the Indian Nation Turnpike in Pushmataha County when they found skeletal remains. Pushmataha County deputies later confirmed that the remains were human, according to the news release.
 
Also, in the title heading, his age is listed as 8.
He was 32 at the time he disappeared!

IDABEL A 31-year-old McCurtain County man was bound over for trial Tuesday on charges of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill, District Attorney Rick Stout said.

J.W. Wilson, 39, of Garvin will enter a plea on the felony charges on May 27, Stout said.

Wilson is accused of killing Alfred "Butch" Lee Jr., 31, of County Line, OK, and wounding David Lawrence Gattis, 42, of Killer, Texas, in a wooded area near Garvin March 25.

The district attorney said a motive for the shootings has not been determined.
It says a 31 year old man, then a 39 year old man...
