Found Safe OK - Mason, 8, & Marley Warden, 6, mom wanted for murder, Wagoner, 26 Jul 2021 *Arrest*

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 8 and 6-year-old Monday out of Wagoner County.

According to the news release, Mason Warden and Marley Warden were last seen Monday just before 3 p.m. in the 31300 block of E 682 Rd. in Wagoner, Oklahoma.

The suspect is 29-year-old Sabrina Spurlock, according to investigators.

Authorities said the children's mother is wanted in connection with a murder that occurred Monday.

Wagoner County Investigators investigating homicide in Rocky Point

On 07-26-2021 Wagoner County Deputies were dispatched to the 31300 Block of East 682 Road in reference to a shooting that had occurred. Upon deputies arriving on scene, they were advised that the suspect had shot a male victim and fled the residence. Deputies started administering CPR on the victim until Wagoner EMS could arrive on scene.

Wagoner EMS arrived on scene and a short time later the victim was pronounced deceased. It was discovered that the suspect drove to the victims residence, shot him, and then fled the scene with 2 juveniles in the vehicle.

The suspect was identified as Sabrina L Spurlock of Wagoner, OK. She fled the scene with a juvenile male and juvenile female in the vehicle in an unknown direction of travel. The suspect vehicle is described as a 2000 Chevy Blazer, Cream or White in color, with an Oklahoma License Plate of LUR-084. The passenger window is busted out on the vehicle.

The suspect is to be considered armed and dangerous. If you have information on where the suspect may be, you are encouraged to call 911 or the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office at 918-485-3124.

She scares the he!! outta me. What hasn't she done? Like an arrow shot in the air -- she starts and doesn't stop. I hope she is caught and jailed asap, and a bigger hope is that she does love those children more than she loves herself. Let that be so. Scary, scary, scary.

This from earlier before Sabrina Spurlock was captured. Again Lori Fullbright Channel 6 News Tulsa - She took the children after an argument with her father, apparently suspected of shooting and killing him, according to Lori Fullbright’s report

“UPDATE: WAGONER COUNTY SHERIFF TELLS US SHE'S IN CUSTODY AND HER CHILDREN ARE SAFE, IN CADDO, IN BRYAN COUNTY.

Amber alert just issued for a woman accused of murder in Wagoner County and her two children.
-The Sheriff tells us Sabrina Spurlock got arrested in Pryor for public drunk and her children went home with her father near Rocky Point in Wagoner County.
-The Sheriff says when she got out of jail today, she went to her father's home to pick up her kids and the two got into an argument and she shot and killed him and took off with the kids.
-They are looking for her and 8 year old Mason Warden and 6 year old Marley Warden.
-They say she drives a cream colored, 2000 Chevy Blazer with an OK tag: LUR-084.
-If you see her, the kids or that vehicle, call 911 immediately. “

I had assumed it was the kid's father. wow, she killed her Dad?

She had just been released from jail. I bet he was trying to convince her to leave the kids with him while she got herself together.

I’m glad the kids are safe. Very curious about what led her to shoot her father. Maybe he refused to let them go with her realizing she was intoxicated or had been intoxicated or out of control behavior. I live in Wagoner County and intend to follow this tragic case.
