This is one kid’s recollection, yet no other people corroborated it. He may truly “remember” these details, but he may be wrong.
My own opinion is I sure hope the police are able to tie all these contradictory reports together. These kids were drinking heavily, possibly doing drugs? and barely sleeping at all.
The reports and timelines of the drivers on the road have to be more believable just because they weren’t sleep-deprived and drinking for 2+ days.
I have a theory that Noah took the ATV when he was mad and crashed again, either while alone or with other kids. Then the kids either found him in bad shape or were with him when it happened and took him from the crash site and dumped him at the highway. Teeth were loose, his body just thrown off the ATV as they panicked. Still just a horrible accident, but they moved him and the ATV and hid evidence.
They freely admit hiding guns and alcohol, why not hide a little more evidence and move Noah and the ATV, too? I think this is all death by horrible misadventure with a panicky coverup.
In any case, it’s a tragic loss. RIP Noah.

Still ... Noah seemed to have been cleaned up, and the part about his shorts -- why leave them there at all ?
What was the clothing item doing off of him.
It sounds like the white shorts were placed there, and did not fall off him, aka a hit & run ?
Also curious how his teeth came to be there on the road.
If they'd been knocked loose, but still in his mouth, one would assume they'd still be inside his mouth.
After death. the mouth won't open by itself, as far as I know.
Just small things that stand out to me.
If it's an accident, they had no reason (IMO) to move him.
An accident is an accident ... and no one is liable.
Why take Noah elsewhere ?
This feels like a cover up, and that's sad to me.
He seemed like an attractive and nice young man, and I can't shake the notion that someone may have been jealous ?
