Thanks for this update. Can I ask you to repost this - so I can see what it says after Defendant's name? TIA!

It's a good thing that you asked me to do that Niner. I just discovered that it looks like the hearing on 6/30 is cancelled, and that the trial dates have been pushed out to next January for trial 1 (doesn't say which) and March or April for trial 2. It might take several screen shots to get them all. Not sure it'll fit into one post. Looks like it's still the same case number for him: 20CR24407 | State of Oregon vs Christopher Charles Lovrien. Also a second female prosecutor has been added. Mark's case is charged as 2nd degree Murder. Thanks for this update. Can I ask you to repost this - so I can see what it says after Defendant's name? Niner, I think you are correct. Ken thought that we might go first. And rightfully we should. Our case is older, and Ken isn't getting any younger. But also Lovrien has 6 Felon in possesion of a firearm charges filed against him as well.Hey @LinasK !
I see that Count 1 - which I believe to be the charges for Mark - goes to trial first - on 1/29/24. See note on court site that says Comment: Trial (ct 1).
And since Griffin case has 2 charges against him - the Comment: Trial (ct 2 & 3) would probably refer to this case.
Hopefully that is correct - as I am now changing my notes....
Thanks for your interest. Mark was my cousin. Sometimes cold cases are hard to get attention for, and this case is receiving little attention, and we aren't hearing much from the judicial system either. Now if we can only get Lovrien to trial...I never followed Mark Dribin's case and familiar only because of @LinasK dedication to the case over the years. Just notice @LinasK post that an arrest was made and wanted to express much appreciation to all that worked on the case and @LinasK devotion is without exception!
