• Distinguishing CharacteristicsCaucasian male. Gray hair, blue eyes. Robinson had a gray beard and mustache at the time of his disappearance, and his hair was cut short. He is balding. One of his hands is missing the middle three fingers and only has the thumb and pinky finger. He has a tattoo on his right forearm, extending from the wrist to the elbow, of the Thinking Man with a heart in the middle that says "healing" on it. Robinson's nickname is Tim.

Details of Disappearance
Robinson was last seen in Portland, Oregon on November 27, 2008. He was driving a silver 2008 Mazda sedan with the Oregon license plate number 785 DRY at the time of his disappearance. He left a suicide note behind saying he was going to drive off a boat ramp, and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
