Attending a prayer vigil with the Cummings family and going where TN led him is going after the Cumming's family ? Talking with Ron in a public place about doing a re-enactment to try and jog what happened that night is going after the Cummings family? I don't see it in thos actions - I see an effort to find Haleigh instead. JMO

Ok I'll give you the Vigil that is true but not the other it's Rumor until RC said he was talking to Cobra. Cause I don't hear RC and as for the TN video it is cut to much to make a call one way or another!!!! But where is all the video's of the Moms side???? Have you seen any??

LE has created this mess, imo. Their lack of information has led to much speculation and rumors surrounding everyone and everything. They have done a horrible disservice to Haleigh by allowing both sides of her family to become targets of the media and others because they refuse to clear the ones publically they KNOW are innocent of any wrongdoing in this scenario.

Cobra, imo, is not even a player. He is nothing more than a sideshow with nothing to offer in solving this case. He was brought in via KP and has done zip besides try to muddy the water to mislead people, imo. I doubt LE has anything to do with the likes of him as he is probably seen as a liability to the case.

ITA. And I can't understand why everyone assumes that everything Cobra is saying is necessarily true. I can't help but think the guy wants a tv show or something out of this.

I think the whole problem is that once someone appears to not be telling the whole truth everyone gets suspicious. I know a detective and the minute he gets any idea the person is withholding the truth or lying he immediately thinks they are guilty and believes nothing that person says from then on, they just discount it. MC ruined her credibility with the public the second her story started changing. None of us know what she said in questioning however. LE may be very clear on her story since when it appears to change she could clarify it for them right then, we don't have that option of stopping her and saying "hey now, wait a minute..." If Cobra got the same run around though and then sees a family that appears to stand behind all her nonsense he would be stupid to trust them but that may have taken awhile so at first TN may have viewed him as an allay. My guess is that they are all playing some sort of game with each other.

How can they clear anyone if they cannot even get passed the girl responsible for Haleigh the night she disappeared and Ron who was there PRIOR to the 911 call! Please help me with this...Yes Crystal ,Chad, strangers, I think someone now added KP and Cobra, whatever...They cant clear Misty or RC the two people at the scene of the crime prior to the police , doesnt that say something in itself??

They don't clear the people they know aren't involved because in my opinion they have on excluded anyone which is the one bit of information they have shared with us. If your story doesn't match up it is pretty hard to clear you.

I read the same posts and watch the same media coverage as everyone else with no "insider information". According to most watching the video, it has been edited considerably and we are only seeing snippets of what occurred with TN. Hard to draw any real conclusions when you splice and dice a video, imo.

I am not doubting your intentions, beliefs or summary, however we don't have any corroberating story as to the timeline ***** and TN spent together. TN was, to the best of my knowledge, never asked for how long. Could it have been to show him where the trailer was located and then go or was it an actual area search. I would tend to believe that The Snake called TN and asked her to show him the location. TN obliged and took him there. Either satyed or left depending on how many vehicles were involved. Everyone has lawyered up. It started when KP jumped in and started this phoney custody thing. Ron doesn't have the money for PIs, lawyers etc. however a grieving Mom has many other Moms' to fall back on. Motherhood is something us guys will never understand, it's kinda like a special club with special bonds.

I have no side except for Haleigh. The only thing I know from LE is Misty is the key to this investigation. If Cobra is looking for Haleigh - good for him. That also means he has to look at people just like LE has to look. So I fail to understand why people have taken a side about Cobra. We have seen a video of him out with TN - looking for Haleigh, no matter if we see 1 minute of it or all of it - the fact is there - he is out with her looking for Haleigh. The rest of it is moot IMO.

They cleared the AC guy quickly. Clearing people with verifiable alibis should not be difficult either. For example, if they know for a fact TN has an alibi which they have triple checked...say so. There are many people they KNOW could not and did not do anything wrong...so clear them. Why not? What is the purpose to leave them in the suspect pool?

My opinion of Cobra is that I don't care what reason he is there, as long as he is helping in the search for Haleigh. As a mother I feel CS has every right to scream out what has happen to her and her children since the courts did not take notice and she was to ignorant "IMO" not her fault, to do what was needed. If it gets Haleigh's face on the nation's television at least her face is out there. If the allegation's are false so be it, at least they were checked into and move on. But I don't think that by insinuating that certain people are doing things for publicity is fair. None of us know what really happen to anyone in this case. I think Cobra can get people to talk that LE can not. I understand LE is investigating. However, just like another poster above me stated. In the CMA case it was a meter reader that found the remains 6 months later..and LE and TES had searched for CMA many times with no success. So why is it such a problem for anyone else to volunteer and search for Haleigh, a missing child? LE is "NOT" perfect. Nobody is and I feel the only reason we even hear about Haleigh anymore is because of Cobra's brief interviews and Crystal's allegations. Does it have anything to do with the case? If Cobra is looking, yes it does. Keep Haleigh's face out there and pray he finds her. As for the allegations, I don't know and would hope that someone would take the matter serious, for God's sake we are talking about children here and a child's safety should always come first. :truce:

How did Cobra know about the location and what TN saw or heard at that location and how would he have know TN knew the answer of where that was ?

The video shows the proof - they were out looking for Haleigh - why does the rest of this even matter ? It doesn't matter to me - I see what I see, TN and Cobra out looking for Haleigh.

I think Cobra needs to be taught a lesson. So those that think he hasn't been searching and just sitting around unless it's a publicity shot, get in your cars and come on down to Satsuma. His SUV isn't hard to find. When you see it, pull over, get out, and tell him off. Let him know what an idiot you think he is. Tell him what a no good useless poc he is. In fact, I think it'd also be a "great" idea to slap him around a little bit. That's what I think. Or, you could do what I did, run something by him and see how cooperative he is and willing to check anything out at a drop of a hat just in case it may have the slightess thing that may in fact help put some light on what really happened that night.

It is obvious to me there is a very close relationship between Cobra & K.P.
Their 1st concern has been to prove RC as an Child abuser, drug user and distributor and a fool for believing Misty and marring her. IMOO they have failed because it is not true. The fact is these two are obstructing the investigation and will be charged in the end.
The two families that have drawn their line in the dirt since the beginning said a lot to me. RC and family have remained focused (NO MUDSLINGING)and determined to be cooperative with LE. Crystal has in the past shown not to be cooperative, DNA request and DR. visit that could not be rescheduled to accommodate LE's request.
Misty's 30 hr of questioning does not sound unreasonable or indicate guilt in the time frame of 960 + hr since abduction. Three lie detector test should be able to indicate guilt or not. My question is has she been arrested? NO
We all have been feed here daily the rumors that have came out of Sheffield/ Griffis camp. We have oowed and aawed the sensationalized hearsay that has been published and broadcast that has been provided by this side of the family.
To be paid for the opportunity to be on National TV to beg and plea for your child to be returned is wrong. The truth of that appearance was to slander instead , which is a crime! IMOO and will not argue it but stand by it.
