PA - ALIQUIPPA Couple accused of Waterboarding their daughter

Prosecutors are working on a deal to allow these two to plead guilty and possibly be reunited with their daughter. I do not understand.

There should not be a reunification. If you have to be told water boarding your child is NOT appropriate punishment then you should not be allowed to parent IMO. This is why so many children are being killed and abused sometimes you have to take the child out of the environment permanently or her parents might. What about the child's rights to be safe loved etc.? I'm so tired of hearing about parents rights. Don't abuse your children and you won't have to worry about your rights. All MOO
