I was just telling someone about Brad recently. I can't even remember who it was now, but we were in a discussion about how difficult it is to get off benzos.

No, I just followed the story because I'm from the area and have a mutual friend with Brad's dad. Brad was vocal online about his hatred of "big pharma" (he may not have used those words directly) and what he perceived to be hell on earth (again my words) dealing with the side effects of stopping benzos. About a year before his death he had a friend take his own life due to this. This was all on his Facebook page. It was sad. (My opinion is that Brad probably also took his own life). I actually had no clue that benzos left people with such lingering side effects after stopping them until Brad's story of being missing came out in the news.
