This article says she told investigators what she claimed she did that day all the way up to "finding" her children. But in opening statements to the trial, her attorney said she doesn't remember what happened. Very convenient, IMO.

Here's another article - if some like me - can not access the articles above [being denied access].

9/19/24 Thursday, Bench Trial Day 4: State witnesses: Trooper Daniel Wolmer. For the second day in a row, prosecutors Thursday played a lengthy video of Snyder being interviewed by state police in the wake of her children being found hanged in the basement of her home in the 2400 block of Route 143 on Sept. 23, 2019. Also on Thursday, prosecutors presented internet searches Snyder performed through Google in the days & weeks leading up to her children’s deaths. Those searches included topics such as how to hang oneself, whether or not a hybrid car produces carbon monoxide while idling, how much it takes to overdose on various prescription drugs & how long it takes to die from carbon monoxide poisoning. Sept. 20, 2024

READING, Pa. - The mother of Lisa Snyder took the stand Friday, describing herself to the court as a Christian woman of faith who leads bible study groups. She said she loved her grandchildren.

Snyder's mother also testified about concerns Conner was being bullied, saying he came to her before September 10, 2019 and said he didn't want to live anymore and asked what heaven was like.
[.....]
During cross examination, the prosecution questioned Snyder's mom's memory, citing a cancerous tumor. During a sidebar, the testimony was almost struck from the record, but it remained.

This capped off a morning that saw the dog lead Snyder is accused of using in the family's basement to hang two of her children, 8-year-old Conner and 4-year-old Brinley, brought out in the courtroom.

The silver lead was almost fully extended in front of the judge, stretched out by two state troopers wearing blue gloves.
[.....]
A state trooper continuing his testimony Friday acting as an expert witness with a unique perspective. He saw Conner get off the school bus that fateful day nearly five years ago.

He responded to the scene with EMS for Kempton Fire and then assumed his role as a state trooper at the scene.

Bench trial continues on Monday, 9/23/24.

From the quoted link:

Snyder was initially also accused of having sex with her pit bull shortly before the killings after investigators at the time said they found evidence in Snyder's Facebook account.

However, a judge ruled that those claims would not be admitted into the murders trial after the defense team argued the claims would prejudice the jury.

After Berks County prosecutors rested their case late Friday morning, defense attorney Dennis Charles unsuccessfully sought an immediate acquittal, calling the case based on speculation and theory and 'all guesswork.'

So - it sounds like the defense has started their case - on Friday ?? That is the way I read it....
Confirmed!
