This is my thoughts exactly. They knew something... Coincidence the the PSU trial is going on right now. Initally thought maybe they took off, now I'm thinking they may have been killed bc they knew. It's a mystery. On one of the posts someone mentioned to type CD's name in on facebook search and read the public post. Someone wrote a very interesting post about someone receiving a death threat from him. Why the would post this stuff publically is beyond me. I think going to the police and keeping quiet on fb would be the smart way to handle it.

They probably had suspicions and it was a good way to put him somewhere they could watch him. Plus if they now consider him dangerous it made their case on the firearm.

Fox reporter said that amount was what the DA wanted and the judge gave it to him.

The newspaper says that DiNardo was found in possession of a Savage Arms 20 gauge shotgun and ammunition. Under Pennsylvania law, DiNardo was forbidden from owning the gun because he had once been committed to a mental health hospital."
