No further news on the driver, I hope whoever did this is found.

That section of New Holland Rd. has sidewalks, was he heavily intoxicated and on the street or did the car hit him on the sidewalk? The person who witnessed this was most likely intoxicated also, as they were leaving the bar together, so who knows how much help she'll be.
