I'm wondering if this is a specific personal grudge.

It seems an odd place for a random shooter to target.

Wilbert Rosado-Ruiz, suspect in mass shooting at Delaware County linen busines
''Stollsteimer said Rosado-Ruiz, a disgruntled employee, allegedly entered the business on the 2600 block of West Fourth Street at about 8:30 a.m. and got into an argument with a co-worker. He left briefly, then returned with a gun and shot the woman, wounding her.

After shooting the four other victims, Stollsteimer said Rosado-Ruiz calmly walked out of the business. He spied the first victim, who had fled the premises, and attempted to shoot her again with either an empty or misfiring handgun, then got in his car and left the area. He was soon arrested without incident by a Trainer police officer who heard the suspect description and spotted him, Stollsteimer said.''

Five people were shot, two of whom were killed. LATEST UPDATES: https://www.cbsnews.com/philadelphia/..
So my suspicion was correct. This was personal.

It's hard to believe that he was ever an employee at a linen shoppe.
You get all types working in that kind of business. Delivery drivers, people who use industrial equipment for steaming, washing, pressing... This wasn't a boutique, it was a rental company supplying linens to large scale businesses like hotels. It was probably more like a factory or a warehouse than a storefront.

“Stollsteimer said he believed the argument wasn't "unusual" since Rosado-Ruiz has "problems with the employees.
My understanding is that he has been complained about by other employees of the business,"said Stollsteimer when asked about the nature of the dispute from a reporter. "I believe there was a meeting of employees with the owner of the business the day before.”

It sounded to me like this was a commercial laundry that had contracts with hotels, restaurants, and maybe even health care facilities or a diaper service.

''During that conversation, Peña asked Rosado-Ruiz why he always threatened people with his gun, and accused him of not being a man who could solve problems without it, according to testimony Wednesday. Prosecutors have said other workers at Delaware County Linen had previously made complaints to the company management about Rosado-Ruiz’s aggressive behavior.

In response to being confronted, Valdivieso said, Rosado-Ruiz pulled out a 9mm Luger, asked the group “Oh, so this is about the gun?” and opened fire, striking her in her chest.''
