Paige Alexis Grunewald was last seen at home on Fallbrook Street on Thursday morning. She left home and might have gone to the Allentown area for work-related reasons.

She is white, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. She has blue eyes, black hair and normally wears glasses with large red frames.

On that day, Paige was possibly heading to Allentown area to work with her boyfriend, Troy Edwin Leitner, white/male, 54 years old. Paige subsequently left the residence with Troy Leitner and her six-month old daughter, Adeline McDonald in Leitner’s company vehicle. The vehicle that Paige Grunewald is believed to have left in with Troy Leitner was located in Jacksonville, Florida, abandoned on the side of the road.

They are on the run from something. Doesn't seem to be law enforcement unless there is an investigation of some sort that has charges pending or an indictment pending or some action by Children and Youth Services.

I'm not one for having a real issue with most age differences but this one is ridiculous, he's almost old enough to be her grandfather! No doubt in my mind he's played on her insecurities, as what 19 year old in the right mind finds a guy that old attractive?

I also see 50 odd year olds wanting to date teenagers as an immediate red flag. In most cases I've seen, men who date much younger women tend to be very controlling.
 
Okay. It is highly likely she is no longer be missing. Though media nor law enforcement has not mentioned it.

There is a custody case against her filed in early September by the father of the child - who is not the guy she went missing with.

The documents in the case give the clear impression that she is around - showing her address the same as her mother's address. No indication in the court filings or orders that she is missing or that the child is missing.


It is very tedious to navigate Lackawanna County courts for this stuff but hit starts here.
