Initially reported as active shooter / mass casualty event at Kennywood Park’s fall family event. Phantom Fall Fest: Halloween Events for Families | Kennywood

Fortunately, no fatalities.

Police said the three victims were treated at local hospitals. Two of the victims are 15-year-olds, sources tell KDKA-TV's Jennifer Borrasso, and police said the other victim is an adult man. They are expected to be OK.

Officials said an argument between two groups of teenagers led to the shooting. One person pulled a gun and started shooting, according to police. Law enforcement said the shooter is described as a male wearing a black hoodie and a mask.

WEST MIFFLIN (KDKA) - While police continue to investigate the shooting at Kennywood that left three people wounded, many people are asking - "how did a firearm get inside the park?"

According to police, metal detectors at the front gate were working the night of the altercation and all bags were being searched.

However, patrons on social media and those at the park said security at the front gate was fairly lax.
