I'm a moderator on NBC's fantasy sports forum and we track multiple aliases from the same IP address. I wasn't at all surprised to find people using two or more accounts to create the impression that other people were agreeing with everything they wrote. What DID surprise me was how many people argued with themselves. I actually suspended a member for a vicious personal attack on another poster, and when I banned his IP I discovered that he was both attacker and victim.

I banned him anyway.

Funny isn't it? What the heck is wrong with people?

It really wouldn't have been that big of a deal. She would have been assigned a new attorney to handle only the penalty phase.

Disagree. Can you imagine how prejudicial it would be to have the jury presented with brand new attys immediately following their guilty verdict? Instant appeal.

I do.....don't much care for what dh is making for our dd's visit this afternoon---its a spaghetti thingy and I HATE IT---(but saying that after roasting a chicken (he hates chicken)-and giving us a touch of food poisioning (don't think chicken was fully cooked)---I'll let them eat what they want----I just hate it---it was either that or chicken and dumplins (I hate that one as well) :seeya: So bring on the HAM!!!!!:scared::scared:

Afternoon folks!

I am feeling so unsettled today.

I want Travis's family to have this moment to tell her how much she has stolen from them, but with it comes the chance she will want to speak.

I so hope she has the 2 brain cells to apologize and beg for their forgiveness....

But I fear she will not (and never will).

A few thoughts I had about this whole thing this morning:
Wasn't it nuts how Jodi kept shaking her head no yesterday, when Juan described the stabbings. I wanted him to see her and say "She's saying no, but you all heard her say she had not memory after the shooting"
Also, I think she had full control of the defense, like in the decision to change over from the Ninjas did it to self-defense. Nurmi threw in that heat of passion at the last minute and it made more sense than her whole defense. I can't wait to see what she does today, if she shows up. She's always plotting and scheming, and her plots are so childish.

Also, I have seen many times on the news, where family members are addressing the court, and totally go off on the guilty party. Pointing, screaming, cursing, you're going to hello, and I can't wait, and so forth. They are never shown of the news being corrected, quieted, or removed from the court room. Is that the victim statement phase, or is that just a southern happening? I can't imagine Travis' family doing it, but I would like for someone to, just to see Jodis reaction to it.

This was somewhat addressed in legal thread. VIS statements are supposed to be addressed to jury, not defendant convicted felon.

Could you clarify that.... I missed a lot of JA's testimony (couldn't take listening to that voice), so how did Jodi use Darryl's son as an alibi?

She said one of the reasons she stop to visit Darryl is to see his son. Like she also said something about visiting someone about taking photographs to place her further south so she could easily cross over to Meza.
