Speaking of priors....what about growing pot on the roof of her parent's home??

Can I pick B and C and add dreaming of Jodi?

A. Organizing his papers (doubt it)

B. Transfering answers from scrap paper to an actual answer sheet

C. Ordering books on Amazon for clients

D. All of the above

Jodi's dad and siblings didn't show up.....

She has a felon and a guy that seems "special" ...show up for her. Is the shortbus guy still showing up? Haven't noticed him lately.

I didn't mention her mom cause well that's a given.

If she thinks she's going to get the DP she'll want to make it her decision so what if she finally tells what really happened as graphically as possible so SHE will once again be the center of attention.

Or she could waive all appeals knowing that will delay things because they want to be sure she's competent to make such a decision and she's played her zombied out weirdo role over the last few weeks to make that kind of feasible.

She is not going quietly, whatever happens.

I really agree with you!!!

:drumroll:
I don't think this is sad (for JA) one bit. The fact that "nobody's really there to testify on her behalf" (seemingly) and this is what it's come to, even with the acknowledgment that it's all a result of choices she made.

How many victims and defendants and witnesses are in the criminal justice system who are really all alone without family or support, without millions of dollars of defense and thousands of supporters running (albeit) demented websites and social media groups? Folks who really were victimized and don't get attention or outrage for crimes committed against them or overzealous prosecution or don't have resources or strangers supporting them.

Everything JA has done is her fault and she won't take responsibility for anything she's ever done. All of the blame lies at her own feet and the situation she's in now is her own doing. I won't waste a second of time or energy feeling bad for where she's ended up, not when she's been creating and perpetuating this sick twisted excuse for her existence all her life long.

Let her sleep in the death bed she's been making for herself all these years.

:drumroll: ^ What Lotus said ^ :goodpost:

I'm neither of them, but I think with her recent suicide watch, and psych evaluation, they may have given her a little somethin' today. This is the first day I thought she looked drugged.

I've been watching this trial since February and she has never looked worse then she did today. Suddenly it all feels very real to her and she knows there's no getting out of this no matter what she does, or says or hopes or wishes. Game over Jodi.

I tried to ask this earlier but it got lost in the rush of posts.

Did anyone see the 20/20 episode about a week ago. I really think that part where the lady escorted the other lady through the re-enactment SET of Travis bathroom was the actual MOVIE SET where the Lifetime movie is being made. The set was just almost perfect and looked to be very expensive set. Also, it was like the escort lady told the other lady not to touch anything because they did it real quick and nobody could touch a thing. I really think this set was the movie set.

Does anyone agree or disagree that saw that 20/20 show?

I know, what's up with this?
Did Linda Baden have a brain transplant ( or grow a conscious?)
I've NEVER heard her utter a single good thing about the victims side previous to this case.

Maybe she had a postive reaction to the obvious plastic surgery.

Hey, my face is happy....la...la...la...la

Off topic but I noticed Enter Panich trying to instill herself at the end of this case. the last few days on HLN after night .

She is a big one in the Andrea Sneiderman about to take place here in Atlanta starting in July.

huh??

Hey All..

Hopefully my post won't disappear again grrrr!!

I've been watching the replays of today's proceedings with the impact statements on HLN shows this evening.. I've got a theory I'll throw out (I've not read thru thread so if it's a Pete Re & Repeat don't yell lol)

Ok I feel like CCMJA was trying to bond with Steven & Sam during their statements almost eerily like even tho she's murdered Travis she still wants to be a part of their family. I especially felt this way watching her reactions to comments made about their Father, Mother & Grandmother like her body language was like I know terrible Dad died on Travis Birthday..Yes Grandma never did recover etc..

I don't know it was almost like she was trying to muster the appropriate reaction to what was being said that how horrific it must be for brother Steven to go thru nighmares his marital problems with his wife like her reaction was.. Well trying to immulate OUR REACTION to hearing his statement.

I felt almost like in the JodiLand in her head she was at another Memorial Service for Travis and trying to act like she too felt the pain of the family ALMOST like she too felt like she was ROBBED OF TRAVIS TOO glimpse of indignation of him being gone EVEN THOUGH SHE'S THE ONE WHO DID IT!!

Idk I had a much better post typed up before it *poof* but if you watch clips again let me know what you think it's like I was watching a scenerio where a kid who vandalized a car then gathered around scene with neighbors while Owner says I can't afford to pay to fix this, now I won't be able to get to work, why did this happen, this was the only thing left to me by my Grandmother etc and she's in crowd saying yeah.. this is terrible.. what a burden to you.. who could do this etc.. Like she originally did at the Memorial BUT SHE'S BEEN CONVICTED OF MURDER 1 AND FACING DEATH PENALTY NOW!!

It was very perplexing to me.. because it felt like trying to bond/share grief THAT SHE CAUSED!

Anyone else see that or think that? Or now that I mention it notice it in clips??
Just curious & JMO

Q: Who is the tall man that is there every day with Jodi's mom?

In case you missed it, Jodi's mitigating factors went something like this:

1. Is a human being.
2. Has to wear glasses.
3. Is conscientious about wearing makeup.
4. A loyal Starbucks customer.
5. Didn't get everything she wanted.
6. Her beloved dog ran away.
7. Her last boyfriend died on her.

HEY JODI! THIS is what PTSD looks like!!

Seriously. On a certain level stepens's VIS really hit me harder. Idk, maybe it was his anger, and the fact that he truly is suffering from PTSD like symptoms.

Also, I found his opening chilling in that he seemed to purposely reference how Travis was killed.

"I thought my brother was bulletproof, that he couldn't be cut down, and that he would never be knocked down."

I'm paraphrasing somewhat, but he definitely used those key phrases.

You must be blonde (like me!) j/k

If you are....know why blonde jokes are so short? So the brunette's can understand them!

(Told to me by my dad, cause I was the only blonde, curly, wild-haired runt of the litter)

Oh yes...how did you ever guess?! Yes, I'm blond! Blond hair down to my arse...and I have LOTS of blond moments. LOL!

Love the blond joke, and I will remember it so I can bust it out on someone the next time I get teased! THANKS!:blushing::seeya:
